I'm in the UK, am 63, and was initially diagnosed with sciatica and given some exercises to do. It didn't improve, so went back, had an x-ray and the found moderate osteoarthritis in my right knee.

The weird thing is though, as stated above, the pain is mainly behind my knee and in my calf.

At my latest physio appointment,they got me to do various stretches, and said it was nothing to do with my hamstring which I thought it might have been.

As I'm diabetic,I'm wondering if it could be neuropathy?

They were at a bit of a loss as to what it might be, and I was given some exercises to do.

Has anyone had anything similar and if so,what was it! Thanks in advance.

I've Googled it, and thought I'd found a link, but it just takes you to a generic customer service page. I'm just so tired of their inadequate packaging.

I bought two new release vinyl albums (The Best of The Smiths 1 and 2), and as they were full price new releases, thought they'd be packaged in a record mailer each, and then an outer box.

Nope, they were just loose in a very thin large box,and had bounced round in it, with corners getting stuck under one of the flaps at the bottom of the box. Needless to say, both sleeves were damaged and were sent back.

The record I ordered prior to this was sent in a paper bag, and yep, it was damaged and was sent back.

Do you think they're aware of the problem, do they care and is there any way of complaining?

This stuff actually gives me relief. Wouldn't want to take it long term, but when I need to get through a busy day, this stuff rocks.

When you request delivery on a different date, or say to a local Post Office, is this a computer controlled operation, or is it a manual process?

I ask, because yet again, despite putting in a request in good time,it's been ignored and they tried to deliver to my address again.

This constantly happens to me,is it my delivery office at fault, postie, or something else. My postie swears he doesn't see my in flight requests.

I am getting the confirmation of the request, but these days I am not getting a confirmation email.

Can anyone from Royal Mail shed any light?

Seems strange that this one has never made it to Record Store Day as a vinyl release.

As a kid in the 70's,I'd go into Liverpool with my mum,and my treat would be cheese on toast at this, to me, rather grand cafe,and I can't for the life of me remember if it was in Lewis's or Blacklers.

I'm sure I remember it being quite art deco,and it felt posh to me. I've tried looking online for photos, but can't find anything.

I have a Tracked 48 item on the way that begins with 021 rather than the usual two letters,and there are no options to change the delivery.

I assume this has been purchased at a Post Office rather than bought online.

Tried to have two parcels redirected to my local Post Office,and got confirmation by email, and they appeared on the app, but both were delivered to my home address, one left outside my front door. Is redelivery not working at all now?

I bought some Nandos Buffalo marinade,and had it on chicken tonight.

It was horrendously spicy and hot,and I didn't enjoy it at all.

Is there any way of toning down the heat and spiciness, or shall I just bin it?

Missed an item yesterday, saw the notification on the app that redelivery wasn't working on the app,and to rearrange on the website.

I did so and all went through, but I've not had a confirmation email like I usually receive.

Does this mean the request hasn't gone through?

It's an item I wasn't able to add to the app and keep tracks on like I normally do, a vinyl lp coming from the Czech Republic. Initially the site accepted the tracking number, but then when I went back to check,it said there was an error.

I have always left positive feedback for my postie, but the option is no longer there to do so.

I've updated the app,and one of the screenshots on the app store shows the 'how did we do?' message, so I'm assuming it should be there.

Could I have been blocked from leaving feedback for some reason?

Or is it possibly just the app being the app?

I purchased an album from a German seller who promptly contacted me and said UPS had contacted him saying they didn't recognise my address in the UK. I've had packages from UPS before no problem, but the seller said they (UPS), would be in touch with me.

There was no contact, so I advised the seller and asked how we should proceed. He said the best course would be a refund which I agreed with.

I heard nothing for a week, so sent a chaser email a few days ago, and have heard nothing.

How long would you give them before involving PayPal?
