I am willing to buy new lights if a new system such as hue works but need to know what light switch and bulbs would work together and if I need a hub to give us what we need. It just drives us made not being able to turn the lights on and off at the wall sometimes when we need to quickly look for things. If we do it then the lights disconnect from the app.

Any help advice would be appreciated.

Does anyone know what has happened to this lovely cat?

For years she used to hang out on upper street between the town hall and Florence street but I haven't seen her in a few months now and she always used to like the sun so me and my girlfriend are worried about her.

She was always asking for strokes but could have a feisty side and I've seen her give the occasional slap.

I was told once that her name may have been Pixie but this was never confirmed.

We miss her.

Issue 1: Mark on wall showing in certain light.

After the wall was painted I had a new TV installed by LG it wasn't until after that they marked the wall when they put the TV up. These marks catch the light and at certain times of day.

If I fill the marks then recoat because filler is usually white it would take lots of coats to cover and I think it would still flash.

What can I do about it? Do I just get used to it.

Issue 2: peeling paint in the corner

This corner was peeling before we repainted but before we painted again we treated with peelstop and two coats of anti damp mould resistant paint and then two coats of the scrubblable paint we wanted.

Now a month or so later it looks like part of the paint exploded and rolled back.

Its in the corner between the wall and a large wall shelving attached that would be an absolute nightmare to dismantle and repaint.

What did we do wrong? What can be done about it now?

Can I just leave it as no one except me knows its there?

Can I spray something on the wall to prevent spreading of damp?

I thought this would have been delt with by the anti damp paint.

Hive mind please help me.

I am having an nightmare with my G14 2023 Mini Led.

My G14 restarts or freezes and several times a day. When I check my Event Viewer the issue is always Kernel 41 (63).

These are the issues that occur often:

- Things can be fine for a few days and then an issue starts and and then lots of issues start regularly for days.

- - after randomly restarting the laptop hangs on the Rog logo. This can happen several times in a row.

- after loading the laptop then can restart in first few minutes.

- often the fans ramp and the CPU is running hot at 98 degrees for the first minute or so.

- Sometimes both GPUS are disabled in device manager after a random restart.

- Often there is a lag when inputting my pin into windows login.

I have tried everything to fix these issue including:

- Clean install of Windows 11 LTSC which is supposed to be more stable.

- Rolling back the Graphics Drivers to version that were supposed to be more stable

- Disabling Sleep mode.

- Using Ghelper.

- Turning off power saving options for usb and keyboards

Nothing I do solves the problem.

My 2023 is out of warranty and I really want to love this laptop but it just causes me so much stress. At this point I wish I stayed clear of the G14s.

I can't believe there is such a lottery with the G14s to get a working. Asus must know there is issue.

Please let me know what I might be doing wrong.
