With fully completing the three minigames, upgrading most skills, completing all commisions/sidequests, collecting all rewards, and 1228018 Total Earnings, I can finally retire from this event!
These are all the characters I have so far. I'm currently at UL-55/SOL3 Phase - Rank 6. In the overworld, I can easily breeze through most bosses using Phrolova, Lucy, and Rebecca in a single team, but for end-game modes, I need separate teams built around DPS characters and their supports. Any suggestions?
Keeping the aesthetic aspect aside for a minute, if she turns out to be a meta-defining character like Ineffa or Flins was for Lunar reactions, would you still pull for her for the sake of clearing end-game content, because bosses and mechanics will be released to shill for Stellar reactions?

Well, the Doctor died. However, if we take into consideration that his ultimate goal was to burn down Irminsul, and NOT to continue carrying out his personal experiments forever, he ultimately succeeded. Here is my theory. I might be completely wrong here, but you are welcome to correct me or offer your own theories:
There were two possible ways of burning the Great Tree, either he himself do it or get someone else to do it.
If he were to do it on his own, he would have to fight/convince Mavuika to give him the Pyro Gnosis and then use it to burn Irminsul. But then the question of "How" would arise. First is permanent infiltration and takeover, which might be nearly impossible while he or any of his segments is alive. Secondly, how would he use the Gnosis to burn the tree? Can a non-Archon use the Gnosis? Would the Shades approve it?
Taking all these things into consideration, he chose another path. He successfully took complete control over Irminsul, using his death, "Beyond redemption," as Nahida put it. He realized that if he succeeded on his part, it would leave Nahida with no other choice but to borrow Mavuika's Gnosis and use it to burn Irminsul herself - she successfully operated it and got the shades to approve her action.
This is how Dotore played his part in burning down Irminsul, taking the story one step closer towards the Tsaritsa's goals.
