I recently got an offer for TCS Digital ( 7 Lpa ). Initially I was happy because it was my first ever offer but many of my friends have got more or got placed at better companies. Right now TCS has a bad reputation and I heard hikes are bad there. Then there is the 90 day notice period. I heard TCS is also laying off people nowadays, it's not like before where TCS job meant "job security". I am even questioning if 7 lpa is a decent salary for a fresher or if it's just my anxiety speaking.
I have heard rumours some 2026 batch people are getting JL. I got Digital OL( off campus NQT ). Please tell me when you got OL and JL if you have got it. Are they really giving JL so soon this year?
