Kids Rugs Shipping from India - Any Experience?

Does anyone have experience buying rugs on Etsy from sellers in India? I love a lot of the kids rugs, but the shops have >20 sales and almost no reviews...so I'm staying away from those. Has anyone used a seller they had a good purchasing experience with?

I Need to Find the Truffle Moneybags from (now closed) Tableside Italian Cook Shoppe....

There once was a great little Italian restaurant in the LES called Tableside Italian Cook Shoppe that closed back in 2022. They had what was probably a Top 5 Best Food Ever Eaten item for me, which was their truffle moneybag pasta.

If anyone knows what I'm talking about....where can I get something similar in NYC!?! Helpppppp

Rotating car Seats - Help

I know this topic has been talked to death on this thread (sorry!) but looking for some specific feedback/opinions. There are just so. many. options. LOL

Note: My baby is 9M old. I drive a Grand Highlander and my husband drives a Toyota Cross. We plan on having a rotating seat for my car, and a smaller, non rotating seat for his.

I'm looking at the Callisto G 360 - For the weight limit / lifespan, the price tag seems worth it, if it is actually a good booster seat option? Beyond safety, this is one of the bigger selling points for me if I don't need to think about getting an additional booster seat when the time comes. Some reviews I've seen the fabric snags?

Nuna Revv Maxx - We have the Pipa Aire and love it, so would love to stay with Nuna. But with the $800 price point and 65lb weight limit - the Cybex seems like a better deal? I also like the on-the-go recline feature here.

Chicco Fit360 / Evenflo 360 - More economical options that I am looking at. I've seem a lot of praise for the Chicco, especially with the zipper feature and removable seat. But then the Evenflo has the on-the-go recline....!

Anyways...just looking for feedback here. I'm sure they are all perfectly fine options and this first time mom is severely over-analyzing everything...but would love to hear people's experiences / what features they think are the most important.

In the words of Miranda Hobbes from SATC: "Why isn't there a store called 'This Is The Car Seat For You'? They just have one great seat, deliver and assemble it, and help raise the child"

North Fork - Family Friendly Recs

I'm staying in Southold next week with my husband and 9m old baby. We've been to the NF a few times before - but it's our first time with the baby and looking for some additional family friendly lunch and dinner spots. Also, any great delis for sandwiches to bring to the beach?

We also wanted to do a beach day down down in the south fork - my husband has never been so we figured it would be fun for a day. Between Shinnecock East or Cupsogue - is one better than the other? The same? Good for the baby?

Rotating Car Seats

I've been doing so much research on rotating car seats, and at this point I'm just driving myself crazy!

I'm torn between the Cybex Callisto G, Chicco Fit360 ClearTex, and the Evenflo Revolve 360.

I thought I was sold on the Cybex, but now I'm reading that it's really large when in RF mode? I drive a Grand highlander, so I'm not worried about my car. But my husband has a fleet vehicle which is a Toyota Cross - so much, much smaller. For reference, my son is in the Nuna PIPA car seat, and now I have to pull my seat pretty far up if I'm in the passenger seat for the car seat to fit.

Does anyone have any experience with any of the above rotating seats in a smaller car? Also, I love that the Callisto has the sunshade - has anyone had an issue with that in the Chicco or Evenflo not having the sunshades?

Any feedback on any of these seats is appreciated - I know there are so many posts about this subject already but oh well :)

Summer Recipe Ideas

Hi there!

Looking for some new summer recipe ideas that we can bring to dinners or use to host at our home over the summer. I would consider my husband and I "skilled" in the kitchen and both enjoy it - so I am looking for fun recipe ideas! We love all cuisines. Would love some side dish ideas that we can bring to Sunday dinners at my parents house!

Hi! I am looking for a venue for a birthday party for my mom's 70th birthday. Something cute, maybe on the water or at least scenic. We've looked at Gooseneck Vineyards, but they only allow 35 people max unless you rent the large event tent for outdoors. So we are TBD on that space. Our guest list ranges from 25-50, depending on pricing. Any suggestions?
