Hey, I'm just curios about what IBM is gonna teach me. I got my LOI on Sept of 2025 through on-campus, and now I'm hearing that they'll give us the joining around august[ after we get the hard copies of last sem and grad cert ] .
So I just wanna know what's the workplace culture there? Is that very competitive? Do I need to learn something beforehand? and what's the structure of upgrade there? Like for cognizant I heard if an employee get genC he can upgrade himself to genC-next after 6months of work, same goes for TCS
On 17th May, I gave my R1 assessment, 3 coding Q on a fuc*ing worthless piece of shit compiler of infosys, after hours they send mail to everyone for giving that same round on 24th, then on 22nd they rolled out mails saying that your attempt on 17th is recorded and the result will be distributed within a week, after that literally no update? R they seriously considering anyone for hiring in offcampus, or it's just their job to frustrate candidates?
Meanwhile some got the mail that their 17th's attempt was not recorded and they have to give it on 31st, then after somedays they deferred that.! WTF is going on?
Today I received the OL for Ninja Role.
However, I noticed that the phone number mentioned in the Offer Letter belongs to my mother. I had provided it as an alternative contact number while applying for TCS NQT. My actual contact number was not mentioned there. So what to do for that can anyone suggest?
I have given TCS Ninja interview on 6th May in Kolkata region so if I get selected when I will get the offer letter because one of my friends who is selected for TCS Ninja by on campus NQT got the mail around 10 to 15 days after. According to that I already crossed 10 days, so how much more time it will take or I should consider that they have opted me out.
2 days ago I received this mail about infosys hiring after filling up their survey form, so has they taken me for consideration for the 1st round of the entire hiring process?
if so, then after how many days I'll receive my 1st round timings?
Yesterday I had completed the surveys part of the infosys hiring, will I get any confirmation about that cause I haven't received a mail about the submission of it. I will be passing out in this June, will complete my undergrad. Can anyone suggest anything about it.
