We’re taking a trip to Mexico in a few months & the area we’re going to supposedly I’m not thrilled about using my credit card a lot while there or ATM machines.
I’m thinking it might be best to convert $$$ to pesos here locally prior to traveling. Any thoughts on this?
Looking for someplace local for some natural alternatives to pills like Tylenol, ibuprofen, etc.

It’s non-prescription and available at most drug stores.
It’s 27 days since my TKR & things are going well. I have total extension, mild swelling, & my bending is still stiff but on target. Experiencing occasional severe calf pain.
Anyway, thought it’d be fun to share a pic of my recovery area. Electric recliner, a big spongy wedge req’d by doctor, heating pad for calf, large seat cushion to help get out of the chair, & various sized pillows & towels. Chair faces my 70” TV (yea!).
I’m walking with a cane but have my custom modified walker nearby just in case. Added a carpenter’s apron & hooks to help carry things like my reaching stick, etc.
It’s been hard but trying to do all the exercises & PT.

Basically what the title says.
My extension is great, bending it is 90 degrees +, and swelling is normal according to PT but my calf muscle is sooo painful.
Applying heat to calf helps but when will this quit?

Was it a simple locking folding knife, multi-tool/swiss army knife or what?
I don’t understand my Phillips HA volume settings. It goes from -8 thru +4, including a 0 setting.

Mostly sarcasm here but based in truth.
We both have them but occasionally one of us will either forget to wear them or have taken them out for whatever reason.
We have to coordinate this with the TV or radio volume & also how loud we speak to each other.
Someone listening to our conversation would think we’re mad at each other.

For starters, I love both the book and TV series. While reading the Q&A’s on this site I think it’s important for everyone to consider how young the main characters were in 1944 & then compare that to your own maturity or what-not at that same age.
Winters-26, Sink-39, Guarnere-21, Compton-23, Nixon-26, etc.
I cannot begin to imagine myself at that same age & having to deal with the amount of responsibility these guys had or trying to make deadly spur of the moment decisions. Wow, just wow!
