Got to try Rolling Deep at Dice Tower East

Got to try Rolling Deep at Dice Tower East

I already backed the game but was excited to see this displayed and able to play. From what I played, I really enjoyed. Like that you have some ways of mitigating bad rolls and a pretty easy game to learn.

Issues with modded 2ds XL

I had this modded 2ds xl sitting in a drawer for a good 6 months last I played it. It used to work just fine back then and now any time I try to open any game or app, I'm hit with some version of the pictured error. I'm guessing its an issue with the SD card? Any help would be much appreciated

Just received Legendary: A Marvel Deckbuilding Game (Second Edition)

I just played through my first game and very much enjoyed what I played thus far. Are there any must have expansions I should add in the future?

Corbin and KC are a couple of cornballs

"The Casa girls are better than the Villa girls cuz they aren't as cliquey" -Corbin

No shit they aren't as cliquey, they all just met 24 hours ago vs the Villa girls who have been around eachother 24 hours a day for the last 2 weeks???

"I have nothing in common with Aniya"

"The villa girls didn't give the men they deserved" -KC

The way tweedle dee and tweedle dum are running in circles to make excuses for their vapidity is truly sickening. Just admit you both think with your second heads and aren't truly looking for deep emotional connections.

Finally received Mech Bunny

Mech Bunny is a card crafting roguelite. I just played through the fist tutorial scenario and loving it! The card crafting reminds me of Unstoppable where you are adding upgrades into a sleeved card. The gameplay is essentially balancing fighting off waves of enemies, protecting your ship, all while completing objectives.

The game is still available on Solo game of the month's page

Holy Table Hog, Batman - Lost Ruins of Arnak

This is my first game of Lost Ruins of Arnak and didn't realize how big the board itself was. There's a supply board that also comes with the game and opted not to use it with the limited space. This is my second CGE game (first one being Under Falling Skies) and they seem to be big fans of massive vertical boards lol.

All that being said, I really enjoyed the solo mode. The bot is really straightforward to manage and the game plays relatively quickly (which is also kind of a drawback given all you have to setup). But after one game I found myself wanting to play another.

I bought the game mostly to play with friends during our monthly get together but I think the game has gained a solid spot in my solo rotation.

Help me pick my next solo deckbuilders

I have an opportunity to pick up one of the following deckbuilding games that play solo:

- Dragonfire

- Shadowrun: Crossfire

- Apex Theropod Deckbuilding Game

Which one of the 3 plays the best solo? If you had to choose one, which one would you choose?

After having the game on my wishlist for a while, I finally pulled the trigger. I gotta say, my only regret is not picking it up sooner!

This is such a cool and easy to learn game with a macabre theme. I don't usually love beat your own score games but the card play is so engaging it more than makes up for it.

If you're looking for a medium light game that becomes a fun little puzzle, I cannot recommend enough (and it's relatively affordable as well).
