I pump 1 oz on both sides no matter what. My “letdowns” are like 3 minutes tops. And then the rest of the pump time is just pulling on my nipples. I’ve tried warming my boobs, I have the correct flanges, I’ve tried different settings on my pump. No matter what it’s just the same. I use the spectra s1. I’m so tired. Only 7 weeks in and it’s so disappointing when all I get is 2 oz a pump
