Who’s at fault?

Car backed into my lift gate while I was stationary and now I’m worried I’m going to face backlash from my company, car driver fled the scene so hit and run too, no damage to the lift gate what so ever lol

Is touch freight as an owner operator a thing?

I went from LTL to foodservice and it’s safe to say I really enjoy touch freight, I’m getting ready to buy my own rig and trailer but I still want to do touch freight other than flat bed, is there any jobs recs that do touch freight as a owner operator?

Worried about my CLUE report

I’m a CDL holder and got into a minor backing accident while working, no injuries, no police report and no citation, we just swapped our company’s insurance and went on about our day, as a CDL holder I worry the minor accident will show up on my clue report or any of my personal records, does anyone know if a insurance claim through the company’s insurance will affect me in any way? Other than internal company backlash lol

Minor accident

I got into a minor backing accident, i backed into a car and cause a little scratch but it was a company vehicle so he wanted to trade information and he’s going through insurance but no police report or citation was issued nor is it on my mvr, would this screw up future job opportunities even if it’s not on my mvr?
