Planning to book hotels and activities for my trip to Japan using any one of the three: Maribank, GCash, GoTyme. Which one has the lowest service fees for overseas online purchases?

I'm aware that for in-person transactions, Maribank is the best due to 0% forex fees and 1% cashback. But I haven't been able to see any clear info for online transactions.
