I tried transferring money from my Wallet to my Maya Savings Account and it auto charges P15. Tama ba to? Is this normal?

I find it baffling kase under the same company sila and you would think this should be a free service.

Update: User problem. From the Wallet, I did a bank transfer Maya and entered the details. Which is odd. Pero from the Maya Savings then deposit it's fine. There's a work around just felt the additional 15 on the "check out is off.

I got Rythm bot for music. But I noticed every time someone comes it, it mentions them in the open chat.

Is there a way to deactivate this for everyone on the server?
