This is a very sensitive topic that I have been avoiding.

The reason I’m on no fap is because whenever I sleep with a girl I never came from sex. It got to a point where the girls I’ve been with have questioned if it’s them or not.

I have been masturbating with my right hand to pornography since I was 14 (I’m 23 now). Everytime I notice that I need to use my right hand to finish during intercourse.

I’m on day 8 no fap currently in hopes of reversing this. How long would it take or is it never going to be the same again?

I didn’t actually fap or anything, and I told her I’d rather a woman do it

However I did see her nudes and got very triggered. It took everything in me to stop myself from fapping and I went gym instead.

Was me viewing the nude count as porn exposure?
