I have been on and off meds for 4 years because I was convinced that I didn’t need them. I know better now and realise that when I was consistent with medications I had a way better quality of life. Nowadays my memory is really bad I would forget things as doing them. My mind isn’t there I’m always thinking and it’s exhausting. I’m going back on medication in a few days permanently and am wondering if I can get back to functioning normal. Memory wise and focus wise for the reference I’m 21. I’d like to hear your experience, if you’ve been in a similar position and if things improved once started treatment consistently.
