I know technically i can do whatever i want lol, i just maint like, if i only watched those two, would the story feel complete?, like i mean skipping all the movies and the other ones, and just watching those two, would the end leave me satisfied, or will i be left with huge need to watch the other stuff as well?

I really want to watch dragonball but its quite alot, so i wanted to watch just these two, so the basic question is, will i be unsatisfied with the end after dragonball z?, are there like huge cliffhangers and a unfinished main story left?, if not can you at least help me undestand whats like the minimum id need to watch to get a complete story, something without any huge cliffhangers and without leaving on a half finished story?
