I am thinking of getting my admission there when the cap round starts. I got 93.89%ile in cet, and with this score I can get IT in this clg

I've noticed that throughout history, many empires seemed almost impossible to defeat at their height—the Roman Empire, Mongol Empire, British Empire, Ottoman Empire, and others. Yet all of them eventually declined or collapsed.Were there common patterns that historians see across these cases, or was each empire's decline driven by completely different factors? If there are recurring themes (economic issues, political instability, military overextension, climate, disease, etc.), which ones tend to be the most significant?I'd love to hear how professional historians compare these empires and whether there are any modern misconceptions about why they fell.

Am I eligible for cap round ? Like I saw that I can swap chem with my bifocal subject. So like if i can do this am I be eligible for it ?
