Murder investigator jobs without dealing with corpses and gore

I have a character who helps solve murders but they are INCREDIBLY squeamish when it comes to blood. He can probably handle photos of crime scenes with some discomfort. What specific job could he have? It’s important that he works to help solve murders

EDIT: It’s also important that he interacts with suspects

More”BPD = abuse” bs

Idk if this fully counts as fake claiming but some of the guidelines in the BPD loved ones subreddit feel almost like they’re accusing people with BPD of having BPD symptoms on purpose to hurt them, AND it’s an echo chamber with all the rules involved keeping people with BPD out

Writing plural characters!

Hi! We're a self-diagnosed DID (maybe OSDD?) system, and we're writing a plural system in one of our WIPs. The system is a traumagenic system since that's what we have firsthand experience with.

I just wanted to ask if there's anything we should avoid, or any tips or things other plural people want to see in a plural character?

Instagram is incapable of being normal about BPD

I found a couple of content creators who are open about BPD and the comments of all of their reels were filled with people calling them abusive, telling them they can’t do certain things, always finding SOMETHING like literally ANYTHING to nitpick and turn into some proof that they’re abusive (I.e saying the word “you” too much) and saying shit like “BPD people shouldn’t be involved in deciding weather BPD people are abusive“. We’re being held to an impossible standard and it’s like we can’t do anything wrong and be open about BPD or suddenly we’re horrible abisive people

Feels a little "BPD makes you a bad person"

I was researching how to write a character with BPD, because one of my characters has BPD (I also probably do, but im not diagnosed and my experience is not everyone's experience so I was trying to do research), and I came across this??? Which seems to be implying that every person with BPD is purposefully harming their non-BPD partners and that they can't be in stable or safe relationships. Which is not true at all.

EDIT: It got worse, the next several sections were about why your character would get into a toxic relationship with someone with BPD

Some people are just assholes I guess (tw religion)

I have self-diagnosed (can't get a diagnoses bc of my dear lovely mother who is anti-diagnosis) OCD and I was in my Seminary class for the Mormon church. We were paired up in partnerships to learn about the Ten Commandments, each partnership could choose any of the Ten Commandments to present. One of my big OCD triggers is the 10th commandment (thou shalt not covet) specifically because it's so vague and was never properly explained to me. I was told "coveting" was wanting something that wasn't yours, and any time I wanted something I didn't have, i.e. a game my friends had, or an American Girl doll, I would spiral into a panic of "oh crap I'm going to hell, I'm a bad person." I told my partner about this so that he'd hopefully understand and not try and make us present on the 10th commandment but instead he heard my story and immediately told the teacher that we were doing the 10th commandment.

r/systemscringe "Kin/kin systems"

So I occasionally look through the systemscringe subreddit out of curiosity to see if we've been posted there, or sometimes to see if ppl on tumblr have been (only if they request it), and there's an entire flair that just says "kin/kin "systems"". Wdym that's a type of cringe?? what, can a system not be otherkin??? why are the two mutually exclusive??? these people make no sense, I hope they learn to be more accepting people in the future and get off that subreddit
