This is like 2,5-3 weeks of growth, Im also using minoxidil for 5 months now combined with dermastamping. Some people said that I should shave and give it more time while others said that I should grow it out for a few more weeks before judging it.

I know that I still have a long way to go but are these current improvements good?

My hairline receded a bit, not too much but there are noticable changes on the temple area. Most changes happened in the last 2-3 years. I heard that it could be just a maturing hairline since I was 16 on the first picture and the second picture is from last week and I turned 18 a few months ago. I am at a real risk for balding since almost every male relative from my mother's side has weak scalp hair most of them are balding a lot. What are the differences between normal maturing hairlines and early balding signs?
