Dear Mods, Can we set a minimum karma requirement for posting?

Before every major vote, the sub gets flooded with posts from people who suddenly take an interest in Swiss politics out of nowhere.

These accounts always have less than 100 karma and some have been inactive for years meaning they’re only fired up when they’re needed for specific purposes.

Or at least the ability to report bot posts directly.

Thanks for reviewing this.

Men who’ve remained single past their 30s, have you regretted it?

I’m 38 and single with no children and never married.

And to be honest, I’ve run out of energy for rejection in Dating.

I’ve been in relationships that have ended for various reasons, but none of them lasted.

Now, at 38, I’m single and, to be honest, burnt out.

I’ve got a well-paid job, I’m healthy, and apart from that, my life is quite OK.

Most of my friends have got married and had children, which has meant I’ve become less involved in their lives.

It feels as though dating has become increasingly difficult and superficial over the last few years, and generally isn’t much fun anymore.

Now to my question: if you looked back and had the choice again, would you invest energy in dating once more, or accept that that ship has probably sailed and focus on other things?

For people who have taken glp1 medication to lose weight, what was the process like for you?

I have been losing weight for 2 years now and have already lost 30kg but am now running into a wall. I think it's time to be honest with myself and consider glp1 medication to get to a healthy weight. It's not about the appearance but the long-term damage. What was the process like for you with the doctor and insurers?

Do you think it’s acceptable to leave a dog alone for 8 hours?

I work from home 50% of the time and would be leaving the dog at home alone for two days. While the puppy is still young, I’d work from home full-time and then gradually spend more time out and about. Generally speaking, I’m wondering if this is reasonable. What do y’all think?

How long have you been looking for a house or flat to buy?

For those who are in the fortunate position to buy a house or flat, how long did it take you to find a property? I've been looking for a year now and to be honest I'm getting fed up. Inflated prices, estate agents who don't reply and unclear costs. It makes the whole process extremely nerve-wracking. How was your experience? (And yes, I realise that this is a luxury problem).

I've been back in Switzerland for a few years now and am generally satisfied, but I'm driven mad by Swiss people who have never lived abroad, who have never experienced any real problems and then complain about the length of the grass in the neighbour's front garden.
