[Timeless] Mono Black aggro suggestions

Decklist:

https://moxfield.com/decks/jy6F-sLQPUynmkbh1VWXTg

I’ve been getting into Timeless for the upcoming qualifier, and have really enjoyed mono black aggro. [[Grief]] + [[Reanimate]] means you’re naturally quite strong against combo and adding [[Strip Mine]] means you’re also quite strong against decks that need to operate on more than very low resources. I also like that this deck is quite good against Force of Will and Daze because everything is so cheap.

Then we come to the sideboard. Currently I’m working with the idea of going into a [[Sorin, Imperious Bloodlord]] and [[Saint Elenda]] juke, with tutors to make that consistent. The idea is to bring this in against fair decks that don’t rely on counterspells (like Mardu Energy), to circumvent things like graveyard hate and Chalice of the Void. This is something I like conceptually, but the times I’ve brought in this combo the deck hasn’t felt amazingly consistent… Any ideas on how I can approach this would be very much appreciated!! :)

[Standard] Izzet burn

https://moxfield.com/decks/heFbxBO5I0C2yVn0ypuXSQ

I have been quite tuned out of standard for a while now, but when I saw Jim Davis’ video on Izzet with Death to Our Enemies I decided to give it a go. And holy moly.

[[Death to Our Enemies]] is the REAL deal. This card is absolutely nuts and has won me sooo many games that would otherwise be unwinnable. 7 damage is a LOT, and the fact that the only creatures in the list are the otters from [[Stormchaser’s Talent]] means opponent’s creature removal is quite bad but they also can’t afford to really cut a lot of it, leaving them in a real spot.

This deck can win quickly with the Stormchaser’s Talent [[Boomerang Basics]] draws, or grind really well with [[Flow State]], Stormchaser’s Talent rebuying spells, etc. And because your main win con is burning your opponent out they’re never really able to fully stabilize.

Here’s the link to the evolution of the deck if you’re interested: https://mtga.untapped.gg/profile/10fa1d9c-f0f9-4b52-9e37-1f7872b6fcab/RMHUWKAX4RDVXOKQKEV6BNXPQU/deck/af1bab5d-c474-47ad-a8d6-f089809e5525?gameType=constructed&constructedType=ranked&constructedFormat=standard

I think (a version of) this deck is in serious contention of being the strongest iteration of Izzet in standard atm.

TLDR: Death to Our Enemies is an insane card and this deck can win both quickly and after a grindy game, making it a strong contender for a top tier deck imo

Generic red cards for commander cube

Hi! A while ago I posted my cube asking for advice, and someone offered the suggestion to add more generically good cards instead of only synergistic ones to make the draft portion more interesting. I’ve done this for every color, but I just can’t find any generic red cards I like. Anyone have any card advices? For red or any other color, always open to advice! Here’s the cube for reference: https://cubecobra.com/cube/list/e96da5f5-8d38-4b4c-a6a2-d3984c0e19a6

Let me build your deck idea!

Hi! So I'm currently at work, having nothing to do and being bored out of my mind. And I love brewing commander decks!! So if you're struggling to brew a certain deck (or just want to entertain me), give me your deck idea (be that a commander, theme or both), budget and bracket indication, and I will brew a deck for you!

Error message when creating a custom draft cubecobra

Hi! I have a custom commander cube on Cubecobra with a specific set of draft rules. I created a custom format, which worked fine but suddenly doesn't anymore. Above is how the cards in the packs are specified - my cube has the tags Blue Sleeve and White Sleeve to differentiate between certain cards. When trying to draft, it gives the following error message: Invalid card filter: (Blue Sleeve) board=mainboard. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Cycle of mythic crests from my custom Silksong set! Curious to hear what you think :)

Silk tokens are the same as mutagen tokens from TMNT btw
