The usual force I put on the table is a mounted Warlord (in all his fancy panoply), 5 mounted Hearthguard, 5 Hearthguard on foot (one carrying the lord’s banner), 8 Warriors on foot, 10 bow Levy, 9 bow Levy, and 11 crossbow Levy. There is a second unit of 8 cavalry Warriors to give me the option to mount them for battles.

The Vikings and Jomsvikings faced off across the route of a merchant caravan. The Joms repeatedly bounced off the nearest Baggage marker, but the Vikings had more luck and managed to capture 2. The warbands only actually had one melee, with a big Viking Warrior unit attacking a Hearthguard unit, employing 3 abilities to wipe them out; amazingly 2 Warriors survived.
