Top gear, What's the name of the vauge adventure song that plays at 2:40?

Looked around abit, no luck.

No luck looking in credits or curated lists people have made of top gear.

I hope someone has some idea because I hear it all the time and have been looking off and on for years.

Citizen engagement platform: Bikeways and Trail Plan

The City is currently working with stakeholders across the city on a plan that will address how to expand and enhance Kansas City's bikeways and trails network.

The City is seeking feedback about:

  • Whether you use a bike or scooter, or walk on trails across the city;
  • What bikeways and trails you enjoy using;
  • What areas need improvement and what gaps exist in the current network; and
  • What destinations would you go to or want to go using a bikeway or trail.

This feedback will then be used by City staff to form a draft future bike network and bike plan that will inform future investments in the bike network across Kansas City. Thanks for participating!

Our Earthship-Inspired Home

I thought I’d open up this subreddit with a link to our bermed-earth, passive solar home. This Colorado home was built in 2011. The tire bales were acquired for FREE, from Tire Recyclers in Denver, CO. We had to pay for shipping (7 semis delivered the bales, at a total cost of about $3500). In addition, we built a retaining wall out of tire bales. In total, about 20,000 tires were recycled with this build.

Bale details: Composed of between 80-120 individual tires, machine-compressed and bound by heavy duty galvanized cable, they measure approximately 5’x5’x2-1/2’ high, and weigh about a ton each. The design called for stacking the bales like bricks. Half bales were utilized to fill in the gaps at the end.

Tiny A Frame Cabin. This is a n 8x8 A Frame designed for seasonal use but could be insulated for year round. No bathroom so you would need an outhouse or composting toilet. It can be made longer to 8x10 or 8x12 for a full size bed. More info in comments...
