Does anyone get an odd light headed feeling?

I frequently get this odd feeling may be it's not a feeling maybe perception is a better word and i don't have the words to describe it to the doctor. It's not vertigo, the room doesn't spin. I am not off balance. Fuzzy is close but not close enough. The closest i can come to it is like looking underwater but that's not it either. It's not that "alice in wonderland" feeling either. But it is very disconcerting. Its mostly, but not always in the morning.

Schedule Water Intake and OH

I am struggling with low blood pressure, and everybody keeps saying "drink more water." And it feels like I am, but I came across this study about scheduling water breaks. I am gonna try it. Can't hurt.

https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-025-94818-0

In conclusion, our study provides evidence that scheduled water intake moderate the association between OHypo and MCI, highlighting the potential of scheduled water intake, as a simple, cost-effective intervention for managing cognitive decline in OHypo patients. The complex relationship between OHypo, MCI, and hydration status necessitates continued research to uncover underlying mechanisms and develop targeted strategies for improving cognitive outcomes in OHypo patients. By addressing these gaps in knowledge and considering the potential benefits of scheduled water intake, healthcare providers can use non-drug management to better support the cognitive health and overall well-being of individuals with OHypo.

I just need to vent (not vent, what is the opposite of vent)

Saw an ENT this week to try to convince her to do a lip biopsy. And we all know how that goes. But I was immensely impressed by this doctor. She came in the room, pulled her chair up close, looked me in the eyes and NEVER looked away. She had a very quiet voice, a calming effect, and truly listened to me. She doesn't think a biopsy will show anything, but she will do it anyway. If only all doctors were so good.
