Hello, we just had Xfinity reinstated at our apartment and was using it on my off day to get some games and watch a stream. After a few hours i noticed Twitch no longer would connect. YouTube would not either. I can't access google for my email. Steam now loads partially. Minecraft Launcher doesn't connect to my account.

My phone and no other devices are affected. It's just my pc. I've done several scans and nothing had been detected. Any idea whats going on? I use Brave browser but have tried Edge and FireFox. Edge loads nothing and Firefox is also spotty.

My roommate did tell me that Xfinity blocked a website "bvaqt(dot)com" from my pc but I was on Twitch and getting some backlog filled so i have no idea what that was. We kept it blocked for safety, just in case, and i tried to see if there was anything about it but i could find nothing.

I was watching a stream and downloading some games for my ps3 when my roommate told me he got an alert from his Xfinity app, saying a website called "bvaqt" was blocked. I told him to keep it blocked for safety. I don't know if it's related, but my connection to twitch stopped woring, it became completely blocked. Youtube would say i was offline. My Gmail would not load.

I was using Brave browser. I restarted my pc, and the issue remained. I disconnected from the Internet and began a deep scan with malware bytes. It's been a few hours and probably won't finish for a couple more. I tried using Edge and i couldn't load anything either. Youtube and Twitch on the mobile Brave browser briefly had issues that were different but resolved themselves, pc still remains unable to connect to things. Hoping i didn't click something malicious and wasn't aware. I have 2FA set and should be safe, I recently changed passwords as well. Just wondering if anyone else has ever seen that website name, bc when i try to search up any information inget generic website blocking articles

As title says, I purchased a secondhand ps3 that was factory reset but kept it's CFW. Checking the System Info, its a PS3 4k Pro running 4.92 of whatever CFW is on it. Says Pro Base version is 5.6. Haven't owned a PS3 in over ten years so wondering what I can do from here. I tried plugging in a USB with MultiMan pkg file but there seems to be no pkg installer on the system currently. I tried connecting to the internet but nothing seems to function at all. Any advice?

Basically I bought a PS3 at a pawn shop that was confirmed working and was factory reset (the fast way) but it had Custom Firmware. Every app on the console was deleted but the folders remained. I am unsure what i can do with this. I have no prior knowledge of PS3 modding, and was hoping to do so myself. I don't mind skipping the step this time, but I do not know how to get things back onto the system. There is no PKG installer that i can find in the XMB, connecting to the internet does nothing, and the only option i feel like i have is trying a full hard factory to basically fresh and I fear doing so might brick the system. Any advice?

Checking the System Info section, it's saying its a PS3 4k Pro (says Lite on the XMB in the corner), and it's on CFW 4.92, with a Pro Base of 5.6 (whatever that means)

Heyo, I just picked up a PS3 that was sold to a Pawn Shop today, confirmed working as I walked in. It was factory reset but is still running it's CFW (4.92 apparently) and I was wondering where I should start for backing up my games and installing homebrew? Thanks for any help ❤️

Edit to add: I did check the FAQ but this is the first PS3 I planned to mod ( i have successfully modded Wii, Wii U, and 3DS in the pas) and since the initial steps are already done, i don't know where i am in the middle of the process. xD
