Homesense in Annapolis MD is garbage! Terrible management

Underpaying employees, cutting hours; working for tjx companies is overall terrible unless you magically get an amazing management team

Their backroom conditions are also garbage and they dont care about employee safety come holiday time, or any time

The Homesense in Annapolis MD is run by unprofessional petty managers btw too. Openly hostile, unprofessional, etc. Will make shitty comments to employees, ignore toxic manager or associate behavior, and cut their hours based off favoritism.

All I ever see from posts here is how much it sucks to work for these companies and how management deems to always be garbage. Genuinely hoping the economy tanks every single one of them!!!

Won't say their names but to the store and assistant managers whose names start with B, another B, and a G- 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

[Maryland] company dragging feet on giving me documentation, options?

Company fired me with no notice (at will state) and I emailed HR several times asking for a record of my paystubs dating back to when I started as well as timecards, i also put a requeat for info in which they only responded to with sending me the letter ans not the paystubs and timecards i also asked to be included, and they arent responding and payroll is telling me they can only give me the last two months of paystubs which sounds like BS, so i replied asking if there was a specific rule against sending me all of my paystubs-no reply yet.

I have a letter stating I was terminated any why (it says i wasnt terminated for any sort of misconduct and lists the reason as "personal reason). But i wanted to have paystubs/timecards to prove I was being underscheduled and I dont want to apply without them.

What's the likelihood of being approved just with the letter? Thank you

Edit/update: HR only sent me payslip info for some of 2025 and told me they cant send me timecards, which I replied asking if theres a rule against them sending me my timecards. I also asked payroll if there was a rule against sending me all my payslips, since they told me they could only send me the last two months; still no response.

Terminated and trying to find out who to call/email for documentation

If I have been terminated and no longer have access to workjam/workday; who do I call/email to get a record of my timecards along with a letter stating I was terminated and why I was terminated, along with a written record of any write ups/occurrences? HR XPRESS? Has anyone ever emailed one of their managers directly for any of this info? Thank you!

Has this happened to any other tjx employee? Logged into to workjam to see this (USA)

So I tried to log in to workjam on my desktop and the app and got this- this is after my workplace not scheduling me for months and cancelling my last scheduled shift the day before. This happened to anyone else?

Edit/update: nvm they fired me with no notice which I just found out! Because TJX is a crusty chain with dog shit managers, good riddance

[Maryland] Job has not scheduled me in months/cancelling my shifts last minute, can this technically qualify me for unemployment?

I keep finding conflicting answers on this and getting through to Unemployment has been hard (they have not replied to my email)- Do my circumstances technically qualify for Unemployment? I know no one can tell me for certain, just looking for some guidance-last time I did Unemployment I was given hefty overpayment fines when it was the state's fault for approving me when I did not qualify/paying me, so I am hesitant to apply again without certainty.

I have been hired at a job since March 2025 that originally promised me 25-30 hours a week, then cut my hours to barely 15 hours a week, and for about 6 months now only schedule me once a month, and most recently have not scheduled me since March, and several times cancelled a shift I had scheduled the day before or week of.

I don't have proof of the cancelled shifts, but my paystubs show I have not been scheduled, and I have received no notice of being fired.

I have been told this counts as underemployed/I can qualify for unemployment, but what documentation do I need to back this up? I am still trying to get through to an actual agent to ask this. Thank you!

[Reccomendations on next size to try]

My measurements are

Measurements:

Loose underbust-38

Snug underbust-37"

Tight underbust-36"

Standing bust-41.5

Leaning bust-51"

Lying bust-45.5"

It was suggested in the sub that I try the panache envy in sizes 38FF, 38G,38GG, 38H- I started out with the elomi energize in 38GG but the band was slightly too tight and the cups had a ton of space ro fill on top

I also realized I didnt like the design for the elomi energize, and am looking for reccomendations for another sports bra that separates breasts.

For now I want to try the panache envy, but I am unsure out of the sizes reccomended to me which to try next.

Thank you!

Reference pictures to show to doctor?

I want to find reference photos for my doctor to show what results I am trying to obtain for top surgery, especially since I have a larger chest and larger nips, but I am not sure where to look-I know I can use cis men as examples too, but I don't want to use anyone's post-op pics without permission. Where can I look? I am happy to ask permission on individual peoples public posts of post op results if I can use their photo as a reference for my doctor, but I feel weird even doing that.

Hey all-I have an instant pot pro and I have been struggling to branch out with it. I want to make one pot meals with things like brown rice, beans, and veggies and start doing more complex things-but timing for all of that confuses me. Does anyone have recipes for one pot meals, preferably with bases of brown rice, added veggies (can definitely have meat too) that are relatively simple/straight forward and don't require a lot of different steps/settings? For example- I want to make a one pot recipe with brown rice, black beans, radishes, and frozen veggies like okra or green beans, but I am not sure what the steps would be for it that would not make the veggies mushy or accidentally burn anything.

I also really want to try making slow cooked bone broth in my instant pot if anyone has any tips/recommendations for that!

Thank you in advance! I have been saving a lot of excellent recipe recommendations from this sub (I am neurodivergent and can struggle with things involving a lot of different steps)

Hey everyone! My top surgery consultation appointment that I scheduled a year ago is finally coming up, and I am feeling unprepared for it-this year has been a lot, and I honestly wasn't sure in the past 12 months if GAC would even currently be covered by my insurance where I am (USA). But thankfully, it is for now! But I have some questions if anyone here has time to answer them-also am not on T

I am a significantly larger chested person and am currently seeking to retain my nips, and I am not sure how this is going to limit my options of methods when it comes to top surgery-I wanted to know what the different types of surgery methods are, or any resources I can read about them and learn more so I can ask about them at my appt-advice from people of all current and former chest sizes welcome!

Otherwise, are there any recommendations for what kinds of questions to ask, whether its regarding recovery time, revisions, surgery methods, nipple grafts, self post-op care, possible complications, etc?

I want this appt to be as successful and informative as possible, and I am embarrassed by how much I don't know so close to the appt

Thank you!
