With the first true leaves yellowing, i think i've been starving it a bit. I just transplanted couple days ago to this 1 liter looking pot. Should i start buying some fertilizer?

If so which fertilizers are best? Is buying online best or could i get away shopping local?

This is a cbd cigarette 'bag seed.' So i'm surprised it got here at all. I have 4 more seedlings maybe i should be tending to more, i'm not sure.

This soil i'm using (slide 2) is very (hydrophobic?) i don't know if that's the right word. Basically it seems like no water is getting to the roots no matter how i water it. It is stunted, this picture was taken 4 days ago and it hasn't grown much since. Can i still take this seedling out and put it in some fox farm ocean forest?
