9 month old never stopped waking every 1-2 hours

So basically, my daughter wakes up every 1-2 hours and has done all her life. She is completely reliant on my boob or rocking to get her back to sleep. I wouldn’t mind her being reliant on these things if it was only once or twice a night.

I don’t believe in harsh sleep training and the current guidelines in the UK say don’t let them cry to sleep, which I would never be comfortable with anyway. I can’t let her just whine a little and hope she will settle because she is hyperventilating within minutes. She is an extremely active and inquisitive little lady.

I have tried habit stacking with patting etc. Putting down drowsy isn’t something she will tolerate at all.

We’ve been through all different sleep stages and I’ve worked hard to go from chest sleeping (she has allergies and wouldn’t be put on her back as a newborn) to bed sharing, now to being in a cot in her own room for the first couple of hours then with me after.

All I am asking for is any advice from anyone who has been through similar things, and reassurance that at some point I’ll get to sleep for longer than two hours in a row again, because doing it for nine months is wild 😅

Introducing soya through breastmilk

My baby is exclusively BF and I’ve been off milk, soya and egg since about 2 months. The doctors in the UK weren’t very helpful but they did say to keep those allergens out of my diet and introduce them via the ladders when she weans onto solids. But wait to do the ladders until around 9 months.

She is 6 months currently and yesterday i accidentally ate soya lecithin in something and she hasn’t yet reacted. (At one point she would) If she doesn’t react is it worth it doing the soya ladder myself? Her symptoms were non IGe so maybe she is starting to grow out of it.

Has anybody been in a situation similar?

TIA

My 5 month old is desperate for food, help!

My LO has just turned 5 months and she is actively trying to grab, staring at and even getting angry over the fact she can’t have our food.

Currently she can’t sit unaided so I’m very much planning on waiting until 6 months maybe even longer; is there anything I can try until then that is safe? Maybe breastmilk frozen lollies as I also think she’s teething?

My baby has always had a shallow latch due to ties, even after having her tongue tie cut. Usually we manage without pain but last week she cluster fed and now both nipples are in so much pain.
One even had a blood blister that popped and when she drinks from it it’s excruciating. I know I need latch help but until then I need any home remedies as possible please. I have nipple cream, express milk onto them and I’ve just ordered some silverettes. Help a girl out 🙏🏻
