Ava Dash’s dad Damon Dash dated Aaliyah

For anyone who may not know, Ava Dash’s dad, Damon Dash, dated Aaliyah back in the day. ❤️

They were together for over a year before Aaliyah passed away, and they had even talked about getting married.

Just a little piece of 90s/early 2000s celebrity history for anyone who didn’t know!

Ariana…do you realize THREE rich men want you??

I genuinely need to know if Ariana realizes how ridiculously good she has it…

Hudson is still obviously in love with her, and his dad is the founder of Zaxby’s - meaning Hudson comes from a billionaire family.

Then Charlie is clearly attracted to Ariana, comes from a wealthy family, and gets a $10,000 MONTHLY allowance.

Liam is absolutely smitten with her, while his mom is the former president of Nickelodeon and a major television executive.

So you’re telling me this girl is in her 20s having three men from extremely wealthy families interested in her???

Girl😭 These aren’t problems. These are DREAMS. This is literally a rom-com🩷

Riley was wrong this entire episode.

I know she was drunk, but being drunk doesn't make this behavior okay. Throughout the episode she got in Georgia's face, put her hand in Georgia's face, almost threw a drink at her, called Liam (who she had never even met before) the b word, made the unnecessary comment that Georgia couldn't afford a Birkin, and even accused Georgia of doing drugs. Georgia wasn't doing anything that justified being treated like that. Why wasn’t anyone checking on Georgia to make sure if she was okay during this?

Why wasn't anyone directly telling Riley she was wrong? This behavior wasn't okay. Gia and Ariana at least tried to calm things down, but overall it felt like no one else wanted to speak up to her. I was especially confused when Emira was telling Georgia to stop talking when Georgia was simply trying to understand why she was being accused of doing drugs which is a very serious accusation and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Also can you guys imagine if Charlie had done all of this? Seriously. I don't think there would've been any hesitation to call him out. People would've been telling him he crossed the line immediately.

Then a week later, Riley texted Georgia saying she "owns her part," but never actually apologized or said, “I'm sorry." To me, those are two different things. If you know you hurt someone and what you did was wrong, a real apology shouldn't be that hard.

What also didn't sit right with me was Riley telling Ariana that Ariana should've never let it get to that point. Ariana didn't let it get to that point—Riley did. Ariana spent the night trying to help by getting her water, asking if she needed to go to the bathroom, and trying to de-escalate the situation. At the end of the day, Riley is responsible for Riley's actions…and her actions were wrong.

Rowan’s mom being Brooke Shields and besties with Michael Jackson is so iconic

It’s honestly so surprising to me how many people don’t know who Rowan’s mom is. Brooke Shields was a huge actress in the 80s, and she was also one of Michael Jackson’s closest friends.

Is anyone else getting tired of the whole “don’t talk to Charlie” thing?

I completely understand why people don’t like Charlie, but the whole “if you’re friends with him, we’re mad at you too” mentality is starting to feel really immature and reminding me of high school.

Shai is now getting treated differently because he’s spending time with Charlie (and Shai is literally such a sweetheart🥺💕) Why is everyone acting like he can’t decide who he hangs out with? Then when Charlie was wondering why Riley was mad at him and asked her what has he actually done to her since the last time they saw each other (they were on good terms), she literally said “nothing,” which kind of proved his point. Georgia getting upset that her boyfriend was talking to Charlie at a social event seemed a bit unnecessary. They’re all at the same event and they’re filming a reality show…people are going to interact.

👑Gia and Emira are playing this the smartest. Like Gia said, “Charlie isn’t going anywhere, so you have to play your cards right.” They seem to understand how Reality TV works, that this is their job, and they are going to have to film together whether they like Charlie or not. They’re being realistic instead of making every interaction a loyalty test.

Also…can someone please explain to me why is Brooks mad at Charlie again?😂 I’m genuinely confused. I know his original issue from last season was everything involving his sister, but I thought they had made up. Did I miss something or is he just mad because everyone else is?

For those who’ve seen both Next Gen NYC and Calabasas Confidential, who’s the better reality TV villain: Charlie or Dylan?

I’m curious what people who have watched both shows think.

Who stirs the pot better, knows how to keep the drama going, understands what makes good reality TV, creates the most entertaining moments, and is just the more compelling reality TV villain to watch overall?

Who gets your vote and why?

Is anyone else getting old-school Housewives vibes from this season!?

I've honestly been loving this season so far! It feels like the closest we've gotten to old-school Housewives in a long time.

Angela has been a huge part of that for me. She just gives old-school Housewife energy! In the latest episode, seeing her and Shamea go back and forth was great TV. What really took me back was after the argument when Shamea left and basically did an on-the-spot confessional outside. That scene immediately gave me old-school Housewives and 2000s reality TV vibes. I haven’t seen that kind of confessional in a long time; a lot reality TV doesn’t do that anymore, so it was very fun to watch.

Even Drew's scene with her team arguing with each other was entertaining and hilarious. The second that scene started, I immediately thought of the Kandi Koated Clique days. It was chaotic in the best way. I wouldn’t mind seeing Drew and her team have their own show😂

Even though most of K. Michelle's beef on this show feels completely one-sided, it's honestly so funny to watch. When she started talking about there being a plot to embarrass her and Angela immediately jumped in with, "What's the plot? Who is it?" It reminded me of classic moments like "Who said that!?" and "It was a scheme that Todd set up!” The whole exchange was so dramatic and hilarious😂

Also K. Michelle randomly bringing up that Porsha was with her ex had me laughing. Then you have Angela and Pinky reading each other at dinner in Dallas…the only thing I'm not really loving is how divided the group seems right now, but honestly Housewives casts have been like this before, and some of the best seasons came out of that.

Overall, the arguments, the reads, and the random messy moments have really been giving me old-school RHOA vibes, and I've been loving it💕 What do you guys think?

Did Caroline Manzo have a tiny crush on Joe Gorga?🤭

Did anyone else ever get the vibe that Caroline Manzo had a tiny crush on Joe Gorga? 😭 I noticed it a little in season 3 when she first met him, but I especially started noticing it in season 4 and 5. The way she'd look at him, compliment him, smile at him, giggle around him, and then wanting to get coffee with him just felt kind of interesting to me. It seemed especially weird considering she was having issues with Teresa at the time, but still seemed to really want to be close with Joe.

Maybe "crush" is dramatic but I definetly always got the vibe that she found him attractive and had a soft spot for him. I've thought this for a while now, but never really heard anyone talk about it😂 What do you guys think?
