Working with schools

I'm in the process of building out a vintage camper into a mobile energy drink shop. Doing drinks similar to DB, espressos, lemonades, dirty sodas. Removed my Instagram link

A lot of the high school campuses around us are closed so kids can't go off campus. Has anyone worked with maybe the Campus Activities Director to get on campus one day a week and dedicating a percetage of sales to their activities fund?

Show me the door. Which side of the trailer?

I plan on restoring a 1966 vintage camper trailer for use as a mobile blended energy drink shop. Currently the best area for establishing a service window is on the right side of the trailer. I assume that a lot of situations would have me pulled to the curb and having the serving window there would work out perfect. Thing is that the door to the trailer is on the same side and would be a foot from the window. I'd much rather have the door opposite of the service window, which I could do by just cutting through the lefthand side for the window. But that means that I would have to park facing the wrong direction on the street to have my service window facing the sidewalk. I can envision all sorts of issues with the cops because of this.

How do most people configure the window v. door when they rebuild a camper for this?

Custom building my own mobile energy drink bar, teardrop style

Does anybody here have any experience in custom building your own teardrop trailer where the back kitchen area is essentially a custom juice bar with mobile power for blenders refrigeration, and ice storage and The interior is set up for storing supplies? I'm in California so I also assumed that I'll have to have a sink with hot water. And I'd like to also have solar panel on top as well as shade awning that I can attach.

Do Broistas use food coloring?

I came to grips with my Dutch Bros problem and have been making my own at home. Two racks with 24 Torani bottles, pebble ice maker, and Ninja cup blender have replaced my wife's coffee machine and I'm saving about $40 a week.

Whenever I blend my ice, syrup, and Red Bull, the end result always comes out some pinkish/red color. But when I see Rebels from my local stand, I always see clearly defined levels of color and those colors match what you would expect the flavor to be. Are they using food coloring to make the colors stand out more?

I make a mean blackberry colada but blackberry Torani isn't blackberry colored.

Also: Is there any YouTube that shows their actual process in blending drinks? Or do I just be a Luminazi and hangout at the walkup window and creep them out?
