Im officially shortest of my sibling he 13 grew a lot I'm stronger handling it any suggestions

I been small skinny my entire life and my brother been bigger for a bit but I thought once he hit 13 he stop with picking and toying with me. Any suggestions to help us

Any advice I try avoid the bus unless I need to ride .the middle school guys are brutal and like mocking me take my stuff pass it around on the bus. Sometimes I get picked on outside of school my brother is 12 he watches out for me I just want take care myself
