Should I consider MS in Germany for 2027 Winter intake with 7.06 GPA? B.Tech from Tier-3, no tech job (do)

Hey everyone,

my_qualifications: B.Tech (Tier-3 college) with 7.06 GPA, Java Spring Boot stack. Graduated recently, still no tech job offers.

I know my profile looks weak on paper. I did my part poorly during college and I'm not trying to escape India I just want genuine advice from seniors.

I have almost 1.5 years before 2027 Winter intake.

My plan is:

Brush up German from A1 to B2 level

Prepare for IELTS (aiming 7.5+) and GRE (if needed)

Actively build GitHub projects + start freelancing

Apply to good German universities for Master's in Computer Science / Software Engineering.

Questions:

With this GPA and tier-3 background, do I have any realistic chances for decent universities in Germany?

Is 1.5 years enough preparation time to make my profile stronger?

Would you still recommend going for MS Germany in my situation, or should I focus on Indian opportunities first?

I know I deserve criticism, but I would really appreciate honest opinions. Thank you in advance for reading and helping 🙏.

In this tough market should I go for data analyst over java backend ?

I am a recently graduated student and am getting no calls as a fresher in the domain of Java backend. Should I learn data analysts and get the job to grow more ? Please help !

I recently graduated from 3rd tier college and hardly getting calls for Java backend fresher.

I am really stressed about it. Sometimes I feel like should prepare for pursuing masters from Germany or something. Currently in Delhi NCR and hardly finding any jobs regarding backend development in Springboot. Can anyone please help me or guide me through it. It's just overthinking and stuff.
