Finally got my little overland trailer on it for it's first outing!
It'll eventually get a roof top tent on it, solar, cook station, etc!

Hey guys!
Just wanted to share some bumpers Overkill Racing and Chassis has been working on. These are going to be offered as a Weld it yourself kit, or prefabricated. They are 100 percent designed in SOLIDWORKS around OEM scan date. There is a stock flare width and aftermarket fender width. The current bull bar variant looks great on lifted trucks with service beds. We are working on a more streamlined bull bar that looks better on a more stock looking truck.
These bumpers work with all available sensors, adaptive cruise, although your dealer may need to re-calibrate them. They do also work with factory fog lights, or there is a cutout for a 3 inch light pod. Some lighting in the bumper itself is also available. We are close to building the first 17-22 bumper. Just making some final tweaks to the design.
What are yall's thoughts?
Made a post earlier in this group showcasing our Ford Superduty bumpers. I am well aware of the niche market the bull bar variants will have, and it was completely my fault for uploading more pictures of those over the non bull bar variant.
The feedback we received wasn't the most positive, but that is okay. The bull bar is quite aggressive and is only going to fit a certain truck. We are now in the works, working on something a little more streamlined and simple.
Anyways, here is a couple more pictures of our front F250-550 front bumpers. We have the design about wrapped up for the 17-22's. Just going to angle up the wings a tiny bit to follow that fender profile a little bit better. Once we have a bumper made on a real truck I will be sure to post those too! Along with once we have a non bull bar powdercoated and installed on our 26 450.
Always open to what you guys think and encourage criticism both good and bad. These bumpers are offered as a weld it yourself kit for $1,150 shipped, or a fabricated assembly non powdercoated for $2,895 shipped.
All these bumpers are 100 percent designed in SOLIDWORKS, around OEM cad files. They are also CNC laser cut here in Salt Lake City, Utah.
If you have any questions, i'll be sure to answer in the comments!
The bumper is an Overkill Racing and Chassis one!
Hey guys, just wanted to share some bumpers I have been making for these awesome trucks. They are 100 percent designed in SOLIDWORKS around 3D scan Data that I scanned myself! I know there isn't a huge amount of aftermarket bumpers for these trucks and for the last year or so I have been selling them as a weld it yourself kit. They start at $675 shipped if you live in the lower 48!
What do you guys think about them?
Hey Guys, just wanted to share some bumpers I have built for some first gen tundras! I 3d scanned some trucks and made a sheet metal and hybrid variant, what do you guys think?
Hey guys! Just wanted to share a couple products I have been developing for the 3rd Gen Colorado Non-ZR2'S.
Up first is a Baja style light bar mount that requires minimal cutting to fit. It actually will only require some cutting on the inner radiator shroud and nothing to the exterior. It will bolt up to factory provisions! This is a great option for those wanting to run extra lighting on their vehicles without needing to commit to a full bumper. These will be made from 1 inch DOM tubing, and the mounts will be 7GA. They will feature a 11GA top plate that will have two slots across the top for virtually unlimited mount options. In the photos shown are Baja Designs LP4's, but they will work with pretty much any light on the market! I am not sure on pricing yet.
Another product is our Front bumper. It will mostly be advertised as a weld it yourself kit, but prefabricated assemblies will be available. DIY kits will most likely run $700 ish shipped. These are designed around Warn VR Evo winches to fit with no modifications other than relocating the solenoid. The Zeon line will fit but will require some minor modifications. I cannot guarantee fitment on any other winches. The wings will feature light cutouts for either Baja Designs, or Diode Dynamics Lighting. Or no cutouts if chosen. I designed the baja style light bar to work seamlessly with the bumper. The bumper will feature airflow cutouts for the lower radiator shutters, and has an integrated skid plate. The mounts, winch plate, are cut out of .250 material, and the outer shell is 7GA.
I haven't had a chance to prototype these yet, however if you are local to Salt lake, please reach out for special pricing for the first one or two!!
Thank you!
Hey guys! Just wanted to share some bumpers we have been working on for the 23+ superduty's. There are bull bar and no bull bar variants, aftermarket fender width or stock fender width! I think the bull bar variant looks awesome with a truck that is lifted and has a service bed!
What are your guys's thoughts?
