Considering one of these and need input

I have been looking at a few of these in my area but have been unable to get in test one yet. But I've got two concerns that most people complain about that i need opinions on.

Aa and carplay. I constantly see people saying it doesn't come with this and now they are sideloading it to get it to work. But a lot of the 2024s I'm seeing have wireless AA and Carplay listed as an included option. So which is it?

Audio quality. Is it really that bad as people make it? I'm coming from a 2020 Sonata SEL that only has 6 speakers. I'm not expecting concert hall quality but I don't tinny sounding ones either.

My other options are a Mach E or lyric, both of which have "superior" sound.

Soft serve margaritas?

Anyone used their creami to make these? Would it be just make a pint and blend in the margarita? Wife wants one but can’t find anyone that sells them around us.

LEDBlinky not starting w/ LB

I went through the wizard and set everything up the way videos showed, assigned all the buttons and lights with no problems and everything works testing it. Although when it is sitting idle, there are no lights. When I start Launchbox, there is nothing still lit. When I select a game, there is still nothing.

All of this is going through an ultimate board and the buttons themselves work fine, just the led controller is not.

What am I missing? It is enabled in Launchbox and I've restarted both the FE and the PC itself and it still does nothing. The videos didn't make it look this complicated.

New to Ipac ultimate- having issues

I'm not sure if I should be asking this on the ultimarc site or what but I've got a few problems I'm hoping someone here can guide me on.

I just finished wiring up the ipac to everything and was going through checking it out. The buttons are all registering correctly but nothing lights up. I ran LEDblinky and configured it and everything lit up but still nothing loads in launchbox or just sitting idle. Not sure why at the moment.

My biggest issue is the joysticks. I've got two sticks with two sets of 5 pins, on my ipac2 I had it working fine but wiring it up to this one has everything crazy.

In the software I have it assigned the default.

P1: Up, Left, Down, Right

P2: R, D, F, G

But when I test the keymaps to make sure everything works it comes out as

P1: down, down, ____, ____

P2: ____, F, G, R

where the blank space is no key triggered. P2 I can maybe figure out but why does P1 have two down keys and two blank? I checked all the wiring and nothing is broken or loose.

Mapping buttons help

I'm setting up my ipac ultimate and some of the default keys are causing problems with lunchbox and doing other actions. Is there a list of what keys to avoid or prefer to use? I've got a 6x button 2player setup.

Previous setup on an ipac2 was lost on a drive crash so I have to start from scratch. I was hoping someone has a list of button assignments so I can make it quicker to get back up and playing.

No leds working on ultimate i/o board

I am changing out some of my hardware and installing the ultimate board. I have all the rgb connections correct and the ground connection as well. But when I power on the system none of the buttons light up. I don't have the led power cable connected because the description says that is only for the higher power connections.

Do I need ledblinky installed and running too or should they work with just the ipac?

The buttons themselves work, just not the lights.

Replacing a splash shield

I looked up about this on here and it seems like others have replaced this themselves but how the heck can you get under this car enough to get swap it? My 2020 just started to have this flap due to a stupid high curb that knocked it loose. I can barely get my shoulder under the bumper and definitely can’t reach the furthest connections if I tried it myself. I assume taking it to a mechanic will run me 800-1k.

Replacing buttons to goldleaf

I have a few buttons that I'd like to replace and I really like the gold leaf ones since the ones i started with were cheapos., my problem is I have the ipac2 and not the ultimate. If I were to get the others would I have to cut all the connectors off and crimp on new wires to connect it to my ipac2? Would be it easier to get the ultimate and just replace everything?
