Is it time to let my double helix go

Sorry for the crust lmao , I got these done march 2nd, I have just had a terrible time with them healing and it might be my fault. It’s my first time getting cartilage pierced, I use a saline piercing spray, I think it’s called H2Ocean twice a day on it, sometimes 3 if it’s extra crusty. I don’t pick at them. I don’t sleep on them (on purpose at least) and they will start to look good then within a few hours look so bad again. I am about at my wits end but I don’t wanna throw away the $120 I paid for them. Also I have had them both at different times (with almost no force at all) get pulled through and completely come out. Today is definitely the worst they’ve looked in awhile but I’m genuinely struggling EDIT: it’s threadless labret jewelry I think!

What should I add? I feel like it looks bare still. I may look at getting some crinum calamistratum to plant in the back right side but wanted to hear your thoughts! Bonus pic of shrimps at the end ❤️
