[UK] sexual harassment outcome

I’m from AUSTRALIA QLD (it wouldn’t let me put it in the title)

I’ve just gone through a whole HR situation about a coworker sexually harassing me and I’m not happy with the outcome is this fixable or is it all final call?

I work in an underground mine for reference if that helps with any laws?

I (18F) and some guy (58M) that I work with have just gone through an investigation from a claim I put out of him sexually harassing me. It started with compliments and progressed into him telling me about a woman he is going to have sex with, he stated he wished that she looked like me and had my body. Saying how I listen so well and I’m such a good girl then going onto say how this lady he’s seeing turns him on because she listens and is a good girl. Relating me to his sexual fantasies was mainly the whole issue.

Another big part of the claim was how he would come into contact with me physically. For background information, we all have to squish into a 6 seater car most mornings and nights to get back to admin.
He always insists on sitting next to me, but he always ends up on top of me with either his leg rubbing on mine or his elbow/forearm resting on my leg. Even when there is only 4 people in the car, 2 in front 2 in back, he sits next to me in the middle seat. He also tried insisting on showing me nude photos of the lady he was sleeping with. Only being an 18 year old girl working in a job that is majority older men I wasn’t sure if this was normal or not but it still made me uncomfortable.

They could prove the sexual conversations, compliments, and nude photography. But were unable to prove the physical contact no matter the amount of witnesses. Thus resulting in him keeping his job and me having to work with him.

The lady who was handling the case besides investigating it was upset with the outcome as well saying how it isn’t ideal and we will still be seeing eachother.

I really don’t want this to be the case and I’m not sure what to do.

Hoop in nose piercing

I don’t want any professionals that follow by the book, I know people heal differently. I’ve heard of people who had a piercing bump for many months while cleaning and keeping a stud in their nose. The moment they switch to a hoop it goes away, is this actually true for some people?? Or what other ways can you get rid of a bump

Bakery Donuts

How come the Cole’s donuts start leaking and get ridiculously soggy not even 24hrs after buying them? I’ve stored them as suggested as well as any other way and they always end up soggy and gross, they’re the only donuts I’ve bought that do this, even Woolies doesn’t. Is there something I’m doing wrong or are they just gross?

Disclaimer it isn’t me eating them so any advice of “just don’t buy them” isn’t gonna help lol

How long can it still be drinkable after being opened?

Bought a red wine for a Shepard or cottage pie a couple months back, no longer than 6 I reckon. It’s been in the fridge the whole time is it still drinkable? I sipped it and it tastes normal

Realestate agents coming in against will

Just wanted to know if this is normal or not as my parter an myself are fairly young and very new to renting.

We are aware that the agency has their own keys to the house. The house we are renting has gone up for sale while we still live in it so we have open homes every Saturday which is fine when we’re not working. But as we both work 12 hour shifts 7 days at a time we said that we hadn’t cleaned in time for this weeks open house and asked them to not come inside as we won’t be home.

End of shift we both come home and feel like someone has been inside but think nothing of it to just randomly find a text saying they let in all the interested buyers into our house. I wouldn’t be so upset except both my partner and I had very personal things left out and like our underwear and stuff because we’re both in a rush every morning. The chick adds how she also is a tenant and rents so she decided to clean up before hand moving out underwear and anything else out of the way then put it all back when they left.

We just feel very invaded on our privacy and kind of disgusted. We told them they couldn’t come in on Saturday and agreed not to but to find out they did anyway feels awful.

Is there anything legal saying that they have the right to? They did send a two day warning but still we replied and said no not this week.

Help finding name of perfume

At a work induction place they had a whole wall of women’s perfumes in the bathroom saying to help yourself, I found a bright ass rainbow one with a gold lid and put it on, it smelt lovely and no matter how much I wash my clothes out I can still smell it and lowkey now want it. Idk if it was like a cheap one or what but i live in Australia if that helps.

The bottle was clear with like a dark but saturated rainbow, the lid was I think oval and gold (I can’t quite remember) and it had like cursive gold letters on it, I’m dyslexic so I didn’t even bother trying to read what it said so I can’t remember.
I suck at describing but I think it’s like a sweet smell, reminds me of the early 2000s like that kind of fragrance that all the teen girls would wear idk lol

Please help it’s driving me insane

Passed a flash for cash car going somewhere between 1-5 over the speed limit ( can’t remember lol) and it definitely flashed, that happen like a month ago and still haven’t received a letter or anything on the transport app, says could take up to 6 weeks though but I know if you are barely going over it’ll still flash you just might not get the ticket, is this true? I’m not overall worried about getting it just needa know if I should still expect it or since it’s been like over a month I’m clear or not

Oil recommendations

Anything besides jojoba oil? I think I’m allergic to it so I was hoping to find some good reasonably priced oils to help massage and stretch

▲ 6 r/Bass

I play regular guitar like acoustic and electric so I know how to hammer but when I do it on bass it comes out with a really gross noise, as if my fingers aren’t close enough to the fret but no matter where I put my fingers it still happens, am I doing something wrong? It’s like you can hear the metal strings slapping, whenever I listen to other people play I don’t heard that happen

Istg Aus post are just a bunch of lazy workers at this point. No matter if I am waiting outside, inside, gate opened or closed they don’t deliver it to my house. I’ve had times where they say unsecured dog on property (we don’t even own a dog) and my feet are literally in the picture of attempted delivery and they drive away, or where they just take a picture of a random house no where near mine and say no one home. Wth..
