One of my favorite things to do in worldbox is to create just one single empire and watch it grow and collapse into multiple other nations as the game progresses, eventually filling up the whole world. But with the new (not really) update that added more complex features to do with the metas, I was under the impression that they evolved by themselves over time however all the empires in my latest "experiment" all share the same religion, culture and language even after nearly a thousand years. Is there some world law you have to turn on, do you just have to wait an incredibly long time or are metas just static and don't change unless you modify them?
