Just wandering if I have any legs to stand to on. Basically a fence on our property was repaired recently and it's next to were I park my car. After job was done I put my car back and got a flat tyre from nails left behind. Iv been told by our landlord it's probably not worth chasing up however I feel like I shoudnt be having to pay for the new tyre. Iv emailed property manager for next door who arranged it and she just said sorry that's happened to you. Worth chasing up or not really?

Hi guys just curious if anyone else out there has gone through this process. I would like to request a new case manager ours just doesn't seem to gaf or want to help I get were just names on paper she needs to get through but has anyone actually requested a new case manager before? How was the process and did it impact you'd benefit in anyway? We've had a few and the others were great super helpful actually understanding but holy this one makes me wana jump off the bridge and not bother. Thanks in advance reddit

Apologies if I'm posting in wrong place. Basically in February I decided it was time to get a new car through finance. I wanted a car they had on offer that was going to cost me $20 a week. Unfortunately I was unable to provide a guarantor so the finance company coudnt offer me the cheaper option. I went for a car that's twice the weekly repayment as the finance would allow it? I'm in a situation were I don't want the car anymore can't afford to put gas in it or pay insurance/ registration. Is there any way I can just return it cancel the loan and get this burden off my back? Thanks for the help

Hi guys. I tried so hard to play the game without using mods but when I got to the logging missions on michigan i said F it and started using the Kenny 150T and also the P16. Absoulute units but with the limited mod selection on console I can only fit 1 truck and 1 trailer combo or just 1 truck and nothing else. I'm looking for some new trucks to try out that are kinda OP for michigan area but don't actually take up much mod space so I can tinker around abit. All suggestions are appreciated thank you!

Throttle speed 0% or 100% or 200% all seems to be the same speed when I use the spacebar to speed up gameplay. It's either normal slow speed or insanely fast something in the middle would be good. Maybe I'm missing a setting but could anyone explain please. Seems to work on emerald just not gold

Hello and apologies if this is not the right place to post. Looking for some advice really.

We have been living in our flat for 6 years and 5 of those years we have experience water leaking in our bedroom. It creates a cold damp home affects our mentality and increases our power usage to try dry it out.

Our landlord has been quite good trying to fix it but 5 years and only now the issue is having a major fix. 60k to be excat is how much it's costing him.

I asked him the question when the issue gets fixed can we still stay in our flat. It sounds like he's wanting to sell the property which is out of our control however I feel like we are being hard done by putting up with these issues for so long!

We feel like after living here for so long putting up with it maybe we could live in the flat when it's not having issues for awile. If not could I possibly get a legal person to sue him for taking so long to fix it? Could I ask him for some money to say thanks for putting up with it if we have to move out? He has given us 1 week rent free to help once but I feel like we have paid alot more in power and our general wellbeing. Obviously we could just move out but finding a new flat is a massive undertaking in NZ.

We've just got a 7 day free trial of prime video on our Xbox with the intention on keeping because we thought we could watch certain things but now it's asking us to purchase hbo max aswell. Isn't there like a bundle somewere we can get both? Can I still get that if iv only just started the trial? Last thing I want to do is pay for both separately but I feel like if iv just activated the trial I won't be able to change? Please help me understand this

Everytime I go into rewards I can claim these points iv accumulated. 14k atm however I can't do anything with them it just says something went wrong try again later stuck on this for weeks now. Iv tried clear cache just doesn't do anything I'd really like to find a solution
