I just met someone far left. Like HELLA Far Left.

I’m going to be honest. I’m left as well.

But they’re so insufferable.

Her entire personality is about being lesbian. There’s nothing wrong about being lesbian, but when half the sentences I heard her say (not just to me when we were having our verbal spar) started with “as a lesbian living in the United States in 2026” as if she’s as oppressed as a woman living under Islamic extremist regimes in the Middle East, it irks me.

She hates me for simply having a Y chromosome and being straight. Explicitly stated, btw. She hates all men and think we’re all evil. Especially if we’re straight.

She thinks calling fat people fat is wrong. She said I’m pulling stuff out of my ass and believing propaganda when I say that obesity is bad and that being fat produces more estrogen

She thinks borders shouldn’t exist. Period. I don’t like ICE with how they treat the people they’re deporting, but I do believe in a strong border.

Her entire personality is about being lesbian. Nothing wrong with that. it’s when you start half your sentences with “As a lesbian woman living in America” as if she’s on par with the oppressed women of the Middle East, it irks me.

She doesn’t care about history or any land agreements and treaties, calling land rightfully (which doesn’t mean bloodless) gotten by stuff like the Gadsen Purchase or Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, etc. “stolen.” I believe that all land is conquered or purchased. She acts like the natives Pre-Columbus were all peaceful and Kumbaya with each other and never went to war.

She thinks communism isn’t scourge of the earth. It’s killed so many people. It stunts innovation. I believe in helping people out through government programs, but communism takes it too far.

And she believes that non-Americans should have more rights than real/legally naturalized Americans in America. My parents pay over 50k in income taxes every year. It’s now apparently wrong that I want the money to go into paving the roads of my neighborhood

She thinks the US should lose the current war with Iran. Like, does she not get the implications? Does she hate Trump (I personally am not fond of him either) so much that she’d rather have us Americans suffer even more than we already are under the Trump’s regime????

She says she cares about life, but also thinks all our troops should die for not starting a mutiny when this war started? I say it’s because of social psychology and about how people are extremely likely to follow an authority figure (search up Milgram Experiment) and she calls that a false right wing study made for the sole purpose of propaganda

She’s woke to the point where she stops criticizing. She talks a lot about how dumb the right is and how much they blindly follow when she’s doing the same thing!

For some information: I’m not a native-born American. I’m 16. Born in Asia and lived there for the first decade of my life.
