Does 'working replacement' mean a new or refurbished unit?

Does 'working replacement' mean a new or refurbished unit?

I sent all the original accessories along with the unit when I shipped it for the warranty claim. I’ll need those accessories back as well. Does anyone know how this usually works when they send a replacement? Will they return my original accessories, or would they send a complete replacement package with accessories?

Would appreciate any insight.

Facing lag in GT7 after the update especially in the camera app

I've been facing random lag on my Realme GT 7 after the latest update.

I got the phone last month, and it was buttery smooth initially. But after updating, I've started noticing occasional jitters in normal day to day use. The biggest issue is with the camera, it sometimes takes a while to load, and the camera UI feels laggy or unresponsive for a few seconds.

It's not happening all the time, but often enough to be annoying.

Is anyone else experiencing this after the update? If yes, did you find any fix?

Right side of IEM not working at night only.

Right side of IEM not working at night only!

I've been using Twistura D Minor for a few months now. It all started 2 days back when I was playing GTA 5 on my laptop and after quitting the game at night, the right earpiece stopped working. I was so angry that how can these stop working suddenly. I immediately claimed the warranty. But in the morning when I checked, they were working fine. So, I ignored it but at night again, the right side stopped working. And this has happened again today.

Can't even claim warranty as I'm sure that these will work properly if I send them to headphonezone.

What should I do??

Also I see a small bit of rusting where the wire connects to the IEM, idk how moisture got in but I'm sure the wire is not faulty because when I interchanged the earpieces, the faulty one wasn't working at the left side as well.

Unable to sign in through my android phone

I was enrolled in advanced protection and I had to log out from my phone for some reason. I'm still logged in to my laptop but I don't remember the password of my account and since I'm enrolled in advanced protection, I just can't change the password without entering it or using a passkey(the current passkey is not working). Google will send me a link to log in to my account after 2 days but I just want to ask, will I be able to reset my password after this login? Otherwise, how am I ever supposed to change the password? Pls help! 🙏

Camera lag in GT7

Is anyone else facing lag in the camera app on the GT7? All my other apps open and close smoothly, but the camera app stutters when opening and closing, and it takes longer than usual to load.

Also, after I take a photo, it takes quite a while to process. The image initially looks average, and only after processing is complete do the details become visible and the photo looks much better. Is this normal, or is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
