Im in California. Last time i ordered from bab it came from Groveport where the first of my shipping issues started as it didnt move from groveport for 4 days where it then appeared to go from new mexico to texas to new mexico AGAIN for 3 days. Im hoping the Curse of Groveport Purgatory does not get to me again
My station really only offers 3hr 30min or 4 hour routes. I do the 3.5’s. On average we have about 35 ish stops and about 42 packages. A 40 stop route is common too. This entire week I’ve had over 40 packages with not a single one that I return and then I get THIS email yesterday and it baffles me.
The route theyre talking about specifically was a rural route with 22 packages that were all 5-20 minutes away from each other and the drive there was 38 minutes. I’m assuming the station itself had to split up. When I emailed them about a possible appeal I got a bot response about talking to chat support instead.

Maybe I’m biased because both crumbls nearest me ( Santa Clarita, CA ) have always been generous and kind but this was SO MUCH I couldn’t finish and the strawberries were so nicely selected too! super sweet! I loved this thing and it was such a treat after Anime Expo where a similar smaller dubai strawberry cup was 20$ 😭 i decided i was going to stop by my usual crumbl on the way home instead and I’m glad I did i really wish it wasnt a limited time thing

Got yelled at yesterday for leaving package over fence that had beware of dog sign
lady goes “HEY WHY DON’T YOU WALK IT TO THE FRONT DOOR”
i say “ hi you have a beware of dog sign and a closed fence i cannot enter your yard due to safety reasons “
she proceeds to yell again “ DO YOU SEE A DOG HERE NOW”
i say “alright” and go back to my car. I feel like that’s kinda the proper thing to do even if i don’t physically see a dog but i was wondering what you guys would do in this situation
Im 5 feet these dogs are sometimes more than half my height. I am not kidding. I recently had an issue where a customers dog broke the windowscreen of their kitchen ( about a foot away from their front door) and got halfway through the window to get me by the time the owner reacted. A different time an elderly customer let his doberman run up to me before shouting “is that package heavy? I cant lift heavy” :| both of these locations had that “beware of dog at this location” warning and i feel like there needs to be a system of if a house gets enough “danger” warnings they get forced off of being able to order to that address at this point
