Looking to get all my ducks in a row before a mediation

So I’ve had a complaint as one of my team members doesn’t like it when I ask him to call me a nickname

The only proof he has is a text, the text was sent by me at 3am and we are both massively into partying (if you catch my drift ) and it is known within my company… there is also a HR case about my drug use at work for which I have to attend therapy as part of a signed agreement I must also make them aware of any relapses.

Anyway, the text says “how’s daddy’s favourite little auditor”

I have 1 main question, given that I am supposed to let them know if I stay partying again, how would this go down? I did get a payout as part of this agreement(had to step down from head of dept role into senior manager role, would I have to pay that back?

Always like 200-300k AOR and maybe 70-100 single target. Here’s my worse run yesterday in a +17 AA (my key and I’m hard stuck on 17 resi because of my poor DPS)

I was in the toilet at work (office) washing my hands and a lady came out of the cubicle, she was breathing in really deep through her nose so I looked at her to see if she was ok

She then wiped her nose with the back of her arm and said to be “doesn’t touch the sides anymore love”

What does this mean?

What sides are being touched here?

Every night

For the past 2/3 months when I get home from work

I sit munching on amfexa playing world of Warcraft all night

It absolutely consumes me beyond words

There is nothing else. I get home at 4, quickly eat, then I go to my gaming room and sit until around 3am.

My wife has noticed something is wrong, my friends never get a reply and I haven’t been going out (used to go to the pub every Friday and Saturday) but I haven’t told anyone what’s going on.. it’s like I am possessed by this beast that only wants to take amfexa and play world of Warcraft

I even find it hard to get myself away to go to the toilet! Like I leave it that long when I need to pee that it actually hurts to walk when I go to the toilet and then sometimes when I per I get his awful pain.

It’s really starting to impact my day. I have around 3/4 hours sleep if I’m lucky depending on how late I take the last amfexa.

Sometimes I just play right through until it’s time to get ready for work. I clear a few meetings to try and have a nap if I’m working from home. But it usually fails because I take elvanse at around 7am.

While I’m working, I also have a gaming laptop I put on the desk in my work room at home, and yes you guess it.. I play the game all day too.

I really want to improve

My wife is having a transplant at 35, it is preemptive. EFGR is 25 and currently no symptoms.

I am asking if anyone else had a transplant at this age? If so what was your life like after ?

She loves her job, it’s office based.

She likes going on holiday, weekends away.

Likes to eat out, we go to restaurants 2/3 nights a week it’s something we both do.

How much will her life change?

Was it really 25p for a corn beef pastie ?

Could you shop all day and shop all night?

Only to come home with bags of ?

Trying hard to stay but I can’t sleep without it

I take 10mg amfexa at 9pm, I lay in bed awake doing stuff until like midnight and then sleep

I tried not having it and I couldn’t sleep

Any advice?

I take around 30mg amfexa a day along with 50mg elvanse
