Brand New Player - Gravy Bones Advice

Hey all - I just purchased my first Silver Age deck of Gravy Bones and went to my first event at an LGS tonight. I'm not new to TCGs so I went in with only a very basic knowledge of rules and a curiousity about "Street Fighter in card form" figuring I could learn it as I go. I lost horribly, but had a great time.

I understand GB is considered more difficult to play so I'd love to hear from others about how best to play him and what to think about from a strategy perspective. Having played a lot of Magic, I understand the idea of graveyard recursion and purposefully putting cards in the graveyard, I just don't know what's possible with FaB.

I'll eventually get it up to Constructed, but just wanted a little feedback along the way. No use in wasting money on cards I don't really need.

Thanks! Can't wait to play some more.

[[Borborygmos Enraged]] - Hurling trees and rocks at you is funny.

[[Omnath, Locus of Creation]] - tbh, I haven't tried it yet but it's been sitting in a binder for years and I just pulled an [[Ancient Greenwarden]] sooo

[[Rootha, Mastering the Moment]] - Hitting you multiple times is funny.
