Walmart InHome tipping

I was under the impression Walmart InHome didn't allow tipping but its still asking for a tip no matter what time slot I pick. It also says my address in ineligible for InHome at checkout. Its the same address Ive had for 30 years. I had a popup when I opened the app a few days ago offering InHome for 30 days free and then $40/year after that. I would think it wouldn't offer a service I can't even use but is that what happened or is there something Im doing wrong. I even tried deleting and redownloading the app and it is showing on my membership page for thd Plus Up InHome

Anyone else seeing this on their prescription purchases

I use Walmart Pay at the pharmacy and was going through my purchase history and notices these Halloween shirts I never seen before being added to the purchase at $0.00. Does anyone know why this is happening. They are added at $0 so it currently isn't costing me anything but don't know if this might be a predecessor to some sort of scam.

1992: Ross Perot Path to Victory

This spreadsheet shows the lowest possible number of votes Ross Perot would have needed in each state to have won the electoral college in 1992. The numbers in BLUE are states won by Bill Clinton and the states in RED are the states won by George Bush. Simply winning the top 16 states with only 3,769,851 more votes would have kept Bill Clinton from a majority of electoral votes. Winning all these states with only 10,204,508 more votes would have been an electoral college win for Ross Perot. Ross Perot would not have won the national popular vote. Ross Perot would actually have come in 3rd place in the national popular vote with only 29,946,165. Bill Clinton would have still come in 1st place as the national popular vote winner with 44,909,326, and George Bush would have come in 2nd place with 39,103,882

When was the general election held and which states held them

I know the first time electors were appointed was in 1789, and had their electoral college convention that same year. What I want to know is when was the first like general election where citizens like actually went to a polling station to cast a ballot. I know like South Carolina didn't hold its first general election till after the Civil War and before that South Carolina legislators decided how their electoral votes were cast. I also know that in 1824 only 18 out of 24 states held general elections. I know not all states did general elections and the candidate that got their states were decided by legislators in state government an not a vote by the people

Would this be a safe way to hook up a generator to my AC

I was thinking of buying a second disconnect box and connecting to the contacts on the AC. It would essentially be double-lugged. I would then put a plug on the disconnect box to plug into the generator. I would throw out one of the pull-outs so that only one disconnect box will allow power flow at a time. My only concern is the bonding. Since the disconnect box only disconnects L1 and L2 but not the neutral if that would result in a double bond if using a bonded generator. I will also be installing a micro-air to help reduce the power demand. Im hoping to be able to power my 5 ton carrier that currently has a 107LRA on as small of a generator as possible to help with fuel consumption. We don't have natural gas so I will likely be using gasoline.
