Help think my bag stalled or prob won’t even start

I inoculated on 7/31 with tidal wave and haven’t seen any mycelium growth at all compared to this other bag I have inoculated with ape just one day before this. What have I done wrong there in a dark stored place and are in a 70-75 degree area what am I doing wrong or do I need to just wait? Last photo is 2nd bag when should I b&s
