Value?

My grandpa raised me on laserdiscs, and I have a Pioneer CLD-D505 I use fairly regularly at home. He recently invited me over to show me what he found in the basement- a pioneer VP-1000A still in its original packaging. Any idea what something like this would be worth? I love my current player and hadn’t planned on adding another to my collection, but MAN what a cool find. No idea if it works, but I’m not sure it’s ever been out of the packaging based on how it looked when I peeked inside. TIA!

Thrifted bunch- anyone exciting here?

I am not a collector, just a grown woman who loves thrifting and snags what Barbie’s I can find for my kids (and me) to play with. I usually keep my eyes peeled for holiday Barbie’s, but I found all of these inside of a suitcase at our local goodwill bins the other day- do any experts know who I have by chance? Or anything about the outfits? The feathered dress caught my eye first! TIA!

Sold shoes, realized wrong size after purchase- waiting to ship but no response from buyer

Hey! I recently sold a pair of Birkenstocks that I thought were a 38 (women’s 7.5). Sizing was really worn off, so it was mostly a shot in the dark based on the little bit I could make out. I posted them, and they were purchased.

My gut told me I needed to triple check before shipping, and sure enough they were actually a 36 when I compared to another pair I have. I messaged the buyer 2 days ago asking if they’d like me to cancel or how they wanted me to proceed, and they still haven’t responded. Besides verifying size 10000% before listing, any recs on what I should do next?

Luggage hoarders loss was my gain today

Noticed the green one first- I’m in the market for new luggage and I can wear it as a backpack so I threw it in the cart. Then I found the pink one.

Didn’t look up the brand until after I found them- Baboon To The Moon go bags. Green is the larger bag, pink could be considered a carry-on. Outsides look like baggage claim has met them, but holy SMOKES was this a massive win today! Planning to wipe them down with a microfiber cloth and see how much life I can bring back to the outside, but interiors of both are pristine!

Mint condition millennial score

I couldn’t get my preschooler to stand still enough for me to take a better picture, but this beauty was sitting right on top when I walked in the other day. Tried to google image search it and only came up with one listing on depop for a sweatshirt (same design) from the Harajuku tour for $500….Now it’s a sleep shirt for her because how else is she going to learn how to spell bananas? It’s the millennial way ♥
