Best Non-Index ETFs

ETFs were the first type of investment that caught my eye when I began investing two years ago. SMH was one of my first purchases, and had turned out great for me. While I know SMH is one of a kind because of the AI revolution, I was wondering what other growth ETFs you guys are a fan of, since most of the ETFs discussed in this community are indexes.

Arcade Rewards Issues

How many of you guys have issues with arcade reward payouts? I didn’t for my first month or so of playing, but now that I’ve reached a couple bigger payouts I’m having issues. Just seeing how many other people are having the same problem, and if so, what is the best way to go about getting payouts resolved?

Bear Case?

While I’m not super familiar with RDW’s fundamentals, I tracked it as it raced up over $25 this year and watched it fall back below $8where I got lucky and practically perfectly timed the bottom, with a cost basis in the low $8 range. From my understanding, it’s the main competitor as a “picks and shovels” play, selling equipment in the space sector. Being that space exploration will eventually be a huge business, and RDW is already so well positioned, I was hoping I could hear what your guys’ idea of the bear case would be for RDW?

For the record I’m not saying the stock should go indefinitely higher, or even that its current valuation is fair, as I don’t have great expertise in that category. I simply like the idea of the business, and it seemed like a sure shot money-maker in the case that the space sector booms again.

Is my general understanding of the business correct? If so, what would be the main bear thesis for the stock?

Portfolio Advice for a 20 Year Old

I recently posted on this community but did not receive much feedback, so I am trying again. I am a 20 year-old pre-vet student who has been building this ~$5,300 investment account for about two years now. My original goal was to try to turn a small amount of money into an amount that will actually put a dent in my vet school loans when it comes time to pay them off. Because I am looking for rapid gains, I have gravitated towards individual stocks, although I know that in the long-term, set it and forget it is the smartest move. I have a total realized gain of about $845 and a total unrealized gain of about $860. Just looking for some general feedback on my holdings, and if you guys recommend any alternatives.

I have obviously taken some influence from both Jeremy Lefebvre who I know is very controversial, but has made me my fair share of money. I have also taken influence from Reddit, who has lost me my fair share of money, although I tend to put smaller stakes in riskier Reddit stocks which I am not totally against doing. With that being said, I found NVTS on Reddit, which I sold most of my position at around 200-250% gains, and hope for them to go back up to those levels over the long term.

Currently, my plan is to rotate my investments to 30% SPYM, 30% QQQM, 20% VXUS, and 20% individual stocks as I take earnings from my current holdings to maintain aggressive positioning, but to also have much more hedge to the downside than I currently have.

I would appreciate any feedback!

Lawsuits

For those of you who have listened to the conference call, how much more/less confident do you feel about the lawsuit threats? I felt like the CEO sounded extremely confident in his response surrounding the litigation. While I know that the lawsuit still has the possibility of being highly threatening, I feel much better about things after listening to the call.

Also, given this bit of outlook on the lawsuits, and the roadmap they laid out, why do you guys think the stock would be trading down after earnings?

Portfolio Opinion

I am a 20 year old pre-vet student who has a small portfolio of about $5k invested. Because I am aware of how much debt I will likely be taking out for school, I figured I may as well take this money and try to turn it into an amount of money that will actually make a dent in how much I owe by the time I graduate. Because of this, I have a very aggressive portfolio allocation. I know that “setting it and forgetting it” is the true way to build wealth sustainably, and that’s what I intend on doing in the future when I have real income to invest, however I have seen strong outperformance in my current strategy, which has made it hard to switch away.

For context, I invest with the intention of holding for the long term (at least a year) but I have taken some short term profits when certain names have seen a big gain over short periods of time (Ex: NVTS, ELF, PLTR, AMD).

My current portfolio consists of:
~12.91% META
~12.70% ELF
~11.72% SMH
~10.71% AMD
~9.67% AMZN
~9.42% CELH
~7.52% MSFT
~6.14% NOW
~5.33% USAR
~5.11% NVTS
~2.87% NFLX
~2.63% KEEL
~1.51% SGMT

Before anyone calls me out I definitely take some inspiration from Jeremy Lefebvre. He was the first investing content creator that I found, and I find his content enjoyable. While I know he has lost some people money, he has helped me make good returns, although I don’t pay for his astronomical course prices.

Finally, I am not glued to any of these names, and am looking to consolidate some positions, there are just many names that I like currently.

Any feedback would be appreciated. This is my first post on Reddit, so I’m very interested to hear what everyone’s honest thoughts are.
