I believe John makes these TDX towers to powerful on purpose.

1: Most of the time its obvious that these towers are way to op after a bit of playtesting with them.

2: They "fix it" after some time with a big nerf usually for the event tower.

3: This leads to a FOMO (Fear of missing out) effect where you want to experience using this tower before it gets nerfed.

4: This also gives Youtube creators and whatnot more content to make videos out of.

If this is true honestly its really a genius way to keep player counts going. Even if towers are super op and unbalanced it's still really fun to experience.

This was just something I thought of as to why this keeps happening and was wondering if anyone else felt the same or different about it.

The dev team could also just be bad at balancing lol

Anyone else thinX these skin paths logically should be swapped?

I was going to get this skin 100% but the bottom path for some reason isn't homelander.

How can I make my games pages look better?

While you don't need to read the description to understand how to play. How can I make my game pages look better so that people don't think it's not worth you time by just looks and first impressions?

I don't have a lot of time on my hand also.

If there's also any good tutorials you recommend or anything else feel free to share them to.

Should I put my games on seasonal Itch.io sales for traction and viewers even if my games are small and simple?

I was just wondering if you put a small project on a itch.io seasonal sale will your get overshadowed by other games or will you still gain a good amount of traction even if there are much more developed indie titles on sale. Should I go for it if my goal is traction and viewers rather than money?

I posted a game 1-2 months ago. I come back to this error realizing that my game has been unplayable for a couple months😭.

Have you experienced something similar to this?

Anyone still remember Jelly Defense?

I remember playing this game as a kid a while back. I was just wondering after over 10 years would you still play a jelly defense sequel? I even wondered if I should create a simple fan project of jelly defense.

What the heck is this black part of my itch.io graph?

When I hover my mouse on the bar it wont display what game is getting those views. For the other bars/squares it shows it perfectly fine. What is this?

Is My Simple Art Style Good or Not For A Simple TD Game And Why?

I am just curious of what people think about this current art style/art. Visually I think the game looks good but I likely have some bias towards it. What do you think about it? I'm open to feedback that will help me improve myself!

Keep in mind that this game was mainly a hobby project nothing to serious.

The game link if you want to check out the project:
