I ordered the premium earlier this month. Estimated delivery is August 25-Sept 22. We really need a 2nd car by the end of this month. The Performance is available right now...but it is a demo model with ~3200 miles on it and comes with a discount of $1640.
Originally I was going to get the performance model...but went with Premium for the 0.99% financing. I will be fine with either model...but hesitant on taking a demo. Has anyone had any issues taking delivery on a demo?
Just got my wife's car tinted this morning and I can't believe the difference it makes! I mainly wanted it for heat rejection. The car (2026 Subaru Crosstrek Limited Hybrid) came tinted from the factory but it didn't offer any heat protection. After some research I decided on the Prime XR Plus. I went with 70% on the back and rear, as I liked the factory level of tint and didn't want to make much more darker. Front and windshield is 55%. Again the fronts came slightly tinted and I didn't want to make it much more darker. And windshield I wanted to make it relatively clear. For moonroof I went with 35%.
I cannot believe how cool the car stays. It was immediately noticeable when I was driving home, as it was a sunny day. I would normally have to blast the AC with the temp at around 60....but even at fan level 1-2 at 65, car stayed cool and comfortable. Later when I stopped by a store to pick up something, the seat wasn't scorching hot when I returned.
I will definitely put the same tints on when I get my car later this month!

I am looking to buy in the next month or so and want to take advantage of the 0.99% financing. Settled on either the 3 or Y performance. We don't plan on installing a charger in our current home b/c we will be moving in 6 months. Our new house will be a new construction and we added home EV charger in the build. Our current home we will most likely rent out.
There is a supercharging station about 20 mins from my house...I supposed I could go there to charge when needed. But curious to hear from folks who own one without the ability to charge at home. Have you found it to be inconvenient?

Hit this on a break the other day. I had the Yama spot. Me and the other guy are discussing best way forward. Right now we're leaning towards consigning with the breaker and splitting the proceeds.
The best comps that I could find are pics 2 and 3. The dual signed Bowman's best are selling for ~$1500 depending on print run. I have no idea what the print run of the Inception card is...it just says base.
The Yama/Shota card is what our card will look like most likely. Perhaps we should wait until that auction ends. But the that card is #'ed to 5.
We could also buy each other out...but we really have no idea on what is a fair value. I am also thinking about offering up about $750-$1000 in cards because I PC Yama and Roki and would love to have this card.

My LCS here in Seoul finally got these in so I picked up 8 value and 1 hobby box and spend about an hour ripping them with my son. Got a decent amount of low #'ed cards...wish they had been of better players or those who we PC. Best hit was the Correa Red Toile #/ed to 5. The card we were most excited about was the Greene City Variation since we are die hard Tigers fans.
We also managed to pull an auto from a value box, which was the Jasson Dominguez.
Overall a very fun rip. I think I will have to go back and buy more blasters as they yielded the best numbered cards.
EDIT. I have gotten a few trades requests. All the cards, besides the Riley Greene City Variation, are available for sale/trade. However, I am in Korea so shipping costs will make any deals cost prohibitive. But I am moving back to the US for good at the end of this month. I am more than happy to work out something then. I will also make a for sale/trade post of cards at that time. Thanks.
I am moving back to the US at the end of June. We are not planning on taking back any furniture, small appliances, etc...I know you have to buy bulk trash pick up tags for these items. However, theres simply too much stuff. Ideally I would love someone to come buy with a truck and haul everything away after the movers come and go. I tried using the 빼기 app but for some reason I am not able to create an acct.
In the US, there are junk hauling services you can call. Or you can even rent a dumpster that you can fill up and have it taken away. Are there any similar services here (in Seoul)? Thanks.
I submitted this Ohtani relic for replacement because of the damage on the corner. I just got the email today with the results.
I think the replacement is more than fair. I know that topps can’t guarantee that you will get the same card, nor a specific player. I actually reached out to their customer support and politely asked for an Ohtani card if at ask possible and they said they will do their best.
Honestly i’d rather have the original Ohtani relic, or any Ohtani only relic. Personally i am not a big fan of dual cards and im not into Judge/Yankees. Nonetheless I am very impressed with Topps with what they sent as replacement.
Also if anyone if curious, the card was received by Topps mid January.. so the process took about 4 months.
