My brother and his girlfriend are expecting a baby soon. Due to various circumstances on both their sides, I'm very worried this baby is going to end up being taken into care. Is there a way for me to be "on call" in case this happens so she could stay with family? They're in Washington, I am not.
It's happened in a couple episodes where Robert will reference an event or person as a thing everyone should know and I just.... Don't. This week's was Eddie Gallagher. I kept waiting for him to explain it and it never happened. It also happened in the Eichmann episodes where he said "and we all know about his capture so I'm not going to talk about that" and then I end up on Wikipedia for an hour.
Anyone else have this happen or is it just me?

Think about it: Asari don't take DNA from the "father". How can you prove paternity? Is paternity even a concept in Asari culture? Do people accuse their Asari partner of cheating if the child doesn't have their racial traits? I like the idea of Asari trashy daytime television.
