Seeking tips for putting pallettes together to have on hand when shopping or putting outfits together in general

I am new to color analysis and am still figuring out my color season. I am curious how those that are more experienced are able to keep their colors in mind while shopping? Do you use a thing on your phone, use paint swatches, something else?

I am no artist, my eye for color is ok but figuring out what goes together well, especially what appeals to me visually, is kind of vague and hard for me to pin down. I look on Pinterest and I see people making color pallettes with a main color, an accent, jewelry, etc. I think saving posts like that can be helpful, but I would really like to figure out something more specific for myself and set like shopping targets/goals if that makes sense? Or if I'm just out and see a color blouse that is on my list I can just be like ah I need that!

I do have one of the color analysis things on my phone which shows the best colors for a season, then accent colors and neutral colors which is nice, but I don't have an eye for how to put things together.

I hope this makes sense and is not too rambling!

[Fit Check][Shape Help] First bra haul 30C/30D, Victoria's Secret (I'm sorry), officially confused, flab squishing out the sides??

Hello friends, after calculating my size I was recommended 30C/30D. I am in the USA, I ordered from VS a bunch of 30C, one 32C, and one 30D.

All of the 30 bands felt snug and comfy tbh but they all look like they're squeezing me too tight and I have some flab poking out on my sides that I've never had happen before, 30C and 30D both had this happen. I know there is armpit folds but I think this is more than that. I will include photos.

The 32C I ordered is some kind of plunge and has a weird shape. The squeeze-y skin flabs are not there though so maybe a good sign? I've seen it recommended to try a bra band extender so I am thinking maybe I should try that with the 30 bands before sending everything back?

After trying everything on I am still unclear unfortunately. I am not sure if I am a 30 or 32, C cup or D cup. I guess it will always depend on the brand.

Below are my measurements and link to some images.

Underbust loose: 31

Underbust comfy: 30

Underbust tight: 29

Standing bust: 33

Leaning bust: 34

Lying bust: 32

Shape: ????

Regarding shape, I thought for sure I was shallow but now I am a bit confused on this. Maybe it is just information overload right now and it will click soon. If there is any insights on this aspect from the photos linked please let me know.

All of these bras are VS, it is just what I am most familiar with, I def want to try different brands.

Mobile formatting

I am confused if line breaks are preserved.

When I view a post as a draft the line breaks are not there.

But when I hit the post button I think the formatting stays?

I am also curious if lists work:

- one thing

- two thing

- three thing

[Measurement Check][Recommendations] Never really owned a bra, need an everyday wear and then some, calculator says 30D/30C which is a shock!

I've (30f) been reading all the wikis and scrolling through old posts, I have a lot to learn. I am getting started on shopping for some more elevated wardrobe pieces and I think the first stop oughta be a bra.

I don't often wear a bra, if anything I'll wear a sports bra so I am very new here. I have worn bralettes in the past but they don't do much for me. I've never worn anything padded or with wire. I have bought a 32B strapless bra before but it was uncomfortable, slid around while somehow also feeling too tight, and the cups stuck out so I never ended up wearing it 😅

Underbust loose: 31

Underbust comfy: 30

Underbust tight: 29

Standing bust: 33

Leaning bust: 34

Lying bust: 32

Shape: shallow

I feel pretty confident that my shape is shallow after reading through everything.

30D/30C is def pretty surprising but after reading everything I am beginning to be a believer. I was thinking about checking out the recommendations under the shallow shape section of the wiki, never heard of Freya before but maybe I'll start there because that seems popular here?

I need to get a T-shirt type bra and I'd like to find something I can wear with tops that have a v-neck and/or boat neck.

With the suggested sister size, should I just order one bra in every size I've been recommended?? I hope the returns are liberal with some of these sites! Or maybe I should go to a boutique bra shop first and try on a lot??

Open to all recommendations for sizing confirmation, getting started, order of operations, anything and everything.

Thanks for helping me as I start my journey!

I want to burn everything in my closet, please help!

5'6 (30f)

I feel like I don't know my own body or how to dress it. Short torso, long arms and legs, everything feels awkward. I really need to go shopping for casual stuff but also office wear, tires of buying things I end up hating!
